My grandma used to cook this, but using pork instead of chicken. Sometimes with roasted pork. One of my favourite dishes! You should try it, it's awesome! Thanks for bringing back some lovely nostalgic memories!

Cooked this with 1.3kg chicken (wings & drumsticks). Ratio your recipe and turned out excellent. The Salted Bean Paste is an important ingredient. Had some leftover, and reheated for lunch. Comfort food, I can eat this daily. Thank you for sharing
