    Hey Randy, I am with you on ''dinky safeties'' and for that matter in the wrong place (front of trigger guard)! That was one reason I never bought a Winchester shotgun back in the day! But boy oh boy you couldn't ask for a gun to shoot any better as far as p.o.a. right outta the box and I like the old school camo.....it seems to be poular now! Another great review Randy. Take care and good luck hunting my friend!

    Great review. Have you had a chance to get your hands on the new Beretta A400 xtreme plus in 20 ga? On paper it sounds like a real winner

      No. It is far too heavy for a 20 gauge, and I'm not a fan of the "kick-off."

      @@RandyWakeman in your opinion what’s the softest shooting 20 ga?

    • @RandyWakeman

      The discontinued Remington 11-87, followed by the Browning Silver.

    A little heavy. 1 ounce and 1/8th 1200 fps cycling but a good waterfowl blind shotgun that shoots to point of aim. 3.5 12 gauge Waterfowl shotgun. Dinky safety ought to be changed out.

      LIghter than a Browning BPS. It is a good weight for the blind, but the safety is obnoxiously small.

    Being a waterfowl gun you should also fire waterfowl loads.

    Everything is just a super black eagle clone nowadays.

    • @RandyWakeman
      @RandyWakeman  Год назад

      Not at all: see Browning Maxus, Fabarm L4S, etc., etc.

      @@RandyWakeman I was just saying it seems like that’s the trend. I’d buy a maxus clone if it was built and priced well. All I ever see though are companies copying benelli.

    • @RandyWakeman
      @RandyWakeman  Год назад

      THey aren't copying Benelli (owned by Beretta), they are using the Bruno Civolani action as it is cheap to manufacture. Fabarm, Browning / Winchester, Mossberg, Armsan, Savage, etc., etc. all offer gas guns.

      A sbe wishes is could shoot poa mine was a paperweight, biggest waste of almost 2k I’ve ever spent. God forbid you wanted to shoot turkeys/small game with it. Most of these copies are an improvement.
