They could have had someone come out and fight Jacob out of the ringside area before Roman showed up, rather than having him screaming and flailing around on the ground. He was trying to tough it out by trying to get up and couldn't put weight on it. Legit injury and I was hoping it was more painful at first rather than damaging, but with the ref needing to help him make it to the back, looking like he broke the tibia or fibula probably.
