*2nd Story:* Never would I think that jokingly telling someone online, "That's not what you said last night" could literally ruin someone's marriage like what happened here. 😆
Him being a serial cheater makes sense though. Honestly she probably did her a favor, especially considering he was currently having an actual affair 🤢

OP didn't know. Hell, his wife might not have known. OP's little petty revenge blew up and gave that douchebag the karma he so rightly deserved

Story 1: Yeah, bully that one guy who knows how to do their job. What is this? High School? Hope the old team is proud of that eight figure loss just because they wanted to be dicks. The manager was surprisingly chill with OP not coming back though, this shows the bullying is very severe and he knew about it.
Sad to say but its extremely common to happen in a lot of companies because its very hard to prove bullying. Yeah you can sue, but you have to prove the actions took place, that they have fabricated documents showing you as failing/doing anything bad, etc. They also often will bully your now ex-coworkers into signing documents stating you are the bully/bad guy. 99/100 times its better financially for the company to bully somebody out vs giving them their golden chute so to speak and nobody thinks they will be that 1 in 100 that just dun goofed it.
It's like that at most jobs in Georgia. The person who doesn't do much or do none gets the promotion while the person who knows the system inside our gets treated like garbage.

Story 2 + 3: I love accidental ProRevenge. Both OPs post something to get back at the arseholes they were dealing with, and it just happened to break two camels' backs For the first, OP writes a post that implies an affair, and ends up exposing an actual one. For the second, OP posts their grievances, and it somehow ends up revealing what is basically embezzlement and ends up wrecking a company
Story 1: There's simply firing someone because you don't like them, and then there's straight up bullying people into quitting because you don't want them on your team, but you don't to pay them severance either. I wouldn't want to work with them, that toxic mentality should not exist. At least karma got them in the form of $10M-$99M losses. Hope that team got sacked
ik this is a six month old comment but there's literally a whole legal thing about bullying someone into quitting. spoiler alert: if you have documentation, it is very illegal
If you treat people like in the first story, they become protective of their work, hide information and won't share knowledge. That really adds up to work being done multiple times and almost no flexibility, but that is not visible to management.
The last story: It's amazing the lengths a business entity will go to avoid paying someone what they are owed, only to end up getting in legal trouble and having to pay more than what was owed in damages and fees. Should've just given OP their deposit back.
I never understand companys who expect everything to be smooth sailing after throwing away their most important part. Its like a phone with no screen. What are the benefits of bullying one of the most imporant people int quitting? Saving a good few nickels? Because news flash: It doesn't matter how powerful you are if the company is losing 8 figures and can possibly be at risk of going under! And then, then OP left the company, they need OP so much because OP knew it all! Shocker, I know. I don't understand why people bully in general. Like, what benefit do you see in bullying? A sense of power? A sense of control? It doesn't make sense. It make even less sense when its done for a vital worker that can make 7, 8, maybe even 9 figures. "Oh! Lets bully our very important employee into quitting and replace him/her with a rookie with no training. Nothing can go wrong!" (the rookie doesn't know and causes problems) "Oh no! How could I have seen this coming! We want the employee that we bullied into quitting to return for the same pay! Its all going bad!" It never goes well. And companies who think that is a "normal" work enviroment need to get of their high, HIGH horse and live in the real world and not in their own little world.
Being unable to understand other mentalities really isn't something to be proud about, but I still partly envy you for being incapable of understanding... But even bullies are not homo sentient! There isn't one reason for all of them! Some bullies simply enjoy watching others suffer, while some simply don't care about others at all. For the last story: granted, it is a new-ish policy in place for maybe a few months or so, but the banks that I am familiar with have actually stopped charging customers for returned items (meaning if someone else’s check bounces, then you won’t be penalized). So that kind of tells me the age of that particular story, being at least a month or so old, and if it’s not, then OP needs a new bank. lol. Yay for getting 12 bucks back, but considering it’s not your fault their check bounced, you shouldn’t have to pay anything, and considering sometimes it’s near impossible to get that $12 back from the maker of the check that NSF’d, it’s best to just bank somewhere that won’t charge you those fees in the first place.
That's genuinely good news. I worked at a bank call center mid 2010s and just having people call about their lost money on something that wasn't their fault (often causing OD fees on top of it) emotionally wore me out :') This bank charged service fees too, so fixed or low income people definitely lost a lot just from fees alone 😫

It's easy to say "It would have been so much cheaper to just not screw the person", but that's the thing. It generally isn't. Wage theft and other forms of corporate theft generally work on the principle that when you screw millions of people out of a little bit of money each, you walk away with billions, but each individual person lost so little that it's not worth the time or money for them to actually fight and win the case. This is why corporations are so against things like unions and class action lawsuits - mechanisms where those millions of people who got screwed for a little bit can get together and share the cost of fighting back against the corporation, so that the effort it takes to recoup their losses isn't excessive compared to the expected compensation. For every guy on reddit who's like "My company unfairly fired me so I cost them a million dollars", there's another thousand people out there who just took the loss, moved on, and their companies are walking away with billions in unearned profits.
First story. Idk why they dont calculate the lost it would cost the company and tell the boss. “ sure ill come back, i want half of what your lost would be in my bank account and in writing”
Yeah I would say that too, but if you've known they cheated before why stay with them. Statistics show that once a partner cheated they're 350% likely to it again.
Constructive dismissal is illegal. If your workplace makes your time there so miserable you have no choice but to quit you can still can unemployment. You will have to document everything to win your cade though
Story 1 : yeah lets bully the one person holding the department together yeah thats gonna work out well..what a bunch of dongs.. Story 2 : op dont feel bad ..The turd started it by calling you names you ended him ..eye for a marriage.. i hope he also was the one setting off fireworks now he can set them off somewhere while sad because his marriage is over.. Story 3 : " yeahhh my husband and business partner is a thief and im most likely helping him but keep my name out of it pretty please " nahhh lady to hell with both of you thiefs.. pay me my money ..good on op..
Story Two: I am pretty sure that Cheater McDouchebag was the dude setting off the fireworks. Why else would he take the complaint so personally as to retort with a personal insult? This guy clearly lacks empathy, to cheat on his wife, so it's not hard to imagine him being the guy who was setting off fireworks in the middle of the night on some RANDOM date.
1st story : Tell them you Accept for 200k, when they told you GTFO, ask them how much it'll cost them otherwise... They'll call you back quickly after doing a bit of maths...
First story. I got bullied out of my last job by management. I was there for 3 and a half years. Never late. Rarely called in. Then one day I get told I have a meeting with my boss the following week. Thinking it was something that could be cleared up quickly I didn't consider it a big deal. I go to the meeting and my boss, the admin, and the staffing director were all there. They told me they were putting me on leave and told me to sign a document saying I understood why. I was shellshocked and signed without thinking. They went on to accuse me of all sorts of stuff that wasn't true. Also nearly everything was vague accusations except for two small incidents (I worked at an assisted living facility as a cook, one time the fries weren't cooked right, and the other time I didn't cover some sandwiches before putting them in the fridge (I had to run to the other building to help so it was a last minute panic thing)) they also accused me of not doing the dishes which was an issue that had come up before and had been resolved (coworker accused me of this and then it came to light that it was the third shift fucking with the kitchen, and she never apologized and hated me after that cause she made herself look incompetent). Anyways after all this where I barely got a word in the admin said I was off for a week, during which I was expected to write them a letter saying everything I'd done wrong and how I'd fix it (I was 29 at the time, not a teenager). So I went on leave for a week and the first day I was back I turned in the letter only for it to be ignored for two days. So I figured they were just screwing with me at this point so that night I sent in an immediate resignation to the admin. Told her she and the others had made me feel unwelcome and that I'd seen my boss had already started giving my hours away so there was no point in me continuing my time there. I was willing to work the two weeks notice if they needed me but otherwise I was done. The admin sent me a message the next day saying I was terminated. During my leave I had fought to get a copy of the document they made me sign as there was a load of bs on there that they'd made up. And I also was in contact with my coworkers all of which said the whole thing was bs and I was the best cook there. None of them had complained about me like management had claimed. I also had realized that wanted me out badly enough to lie (though I'll never understand what I did to deserve this other than the boss wanting her daughter to take my position (which funnily enough blew up in her face lol)) so I had done interviews and immediately gotten another job. Heard after I left that my manager had gone around crying about how I'd quit out of nowhere and refused to do my two weeks notice. I had made sure she got a copy of the email I sent to the admin. So she was just bullshitting. Too bad everyone already hated her at that point so no one believed a word she said. Now I'm working the same type of work at a different facility that's way better and actually pays me a good amount/treats me with respect. I ended up way better off. So fuck you to the management at my old job. You fucked up and lost a great employee
1st story: Something similar happened to the previous place I work at. They abuse and disrespect the guy in charge of inventory and logistics, he got enough and left 3 months after I started, guess what business wasted a ton of money due crappy logistical works
I’ve got some of those neighbors who set off fireworks for days before, after and during any firework friendly holiday. Christmas, New Years, 4th of July and Diwali are just a sea of colors and explosions late into the night. I have no idea what their fireworks budget is but it’s probably more than a good chunk of Americans make in a year.
The math in the last story doesn't, well, add up. The guy says he was owed triple the security deposit for the delay (which I've seen in numerous jurisdictions), so $5,400. Then, suddenly, he's happy with $1800? (even saying at one point, $200 a month, it'll be paid at the end of the year). Nope, does not compute.
I'm not sure if this story belongs here but I'll start here: when I was In high-school boys and/or girls would vape in the bathrooms (standard no smoking or vaping in school) and hide their vapes in the ceiling and I guess at one point the school got revenge as a school police officer went into the bathroom (he went into the boys bathroom from what I was told) and removed a ceiling tile and down came 26-46~ (I don't know the precise number but take your guess) different vapes and the officer immediately confiscated them all
When it comes to fireworks, people need to just deal with it on fourth of july and on new years. I know dogs dont like it, but we have to deal with them barking every day of the year. They can deal with it 4 days a year.
2nd story..NTA..I love how OP handled this. If you don't want to get publicly humiliated then DON"T SET OFF YOUR EFFN FIREWORKS AT 1 AM ON A WORKDAY DUMBA$$!!!!!
Never understood the idea behind just bullying a person until they quit, and the person just taking it. If you see the writing on the wall just be a really lousy employee!
You can't tell me this isn't a re-upload I literally listened to this last week. I really need to find new stuff to listen to instead of the main people I like On repeat.
For story 1, OP should submit a complaint to the NLRB and EEOC about constructive discharge/dismissal. They'd need documentation, of course, but constructive discharge (that is, the working conditions were so intolerable that a reasonable person in the employee’s position would have felt compelled to resign) is unlawful in at least 31 states, and the employer could get into a looooooooot of trouble for it.
i don't understand why the people being bullied by their workplaces in order to force them to quit, don't just, force their workplace to fire them? like, they're being harassed, so why don't they just stop working or start performing poorly? why not pull out a camera and record the harassment obviously, like holding the camera right in their face? like, yes, look for another job, but why quit when you can get that sweet severance pay and possibly get a lawsuit payout too?
There thought is :" If I can force them to quit I won't have to pay them out a severance package " it's archaic and dumb as hell but it's a legit thought.. specially when you bully the one guy that's the glue of your department.... Some people can't think on the spot to get a camera and record when stuff is flying at you..
first story: so they bully OP to quit and when he quit they beg him to come back because they didn't train anyone to do OP job sound like a Karma to me and second story: OP was joking about them sleeping together and come to find out the guy was a series cheating and another girl expose him so he had to many sidechick
Story 1: so, they had ONE (1) guy controlling ALL their international suppliers, BY HIMSELF, and they think "welp, we don't need him"? Are they daft or something? Like, at least bring in his replacement before you start the bullying, you morons! It's a wonder the company hasn't go down yet. Story 2: excuse me while I give a standing ovation to OP for creating the perfect storm and then leaving on vacation. Also, I'm pretty sure he was the one setting off the fireworks, because he wouldn't have said anything otherwhise.
I don't really use checks much, what is the significance of them sending a cashier check instead of a regular check in terms of making sure the check doesn't bounce?
Not positive, but I believe a cashiers check is already backed with money. A check is like a credit card (you pay the money at a later time) where a cashiers check is like a preloaded gift card (money was already paid and put on the card)
2nd story: If you're going to cheat on your wife, not a good idea to be an arsehole to people online. Sort of like, if you're on the lam, don't call the cops on your neighbors for something stupid.
Most places have a strict 30 day time limit, plus requiring statements if any of the deposit is kept. Know your rights as a renter, hold shitty landlords accountable!

For every guy on reddit who's like "My company unfairly fired me so I cost them a million dollars", there's another thousand people out there who just took the loss, moved on, and their companies are walking away with billions in unearned profits.
In the first story, they're just lucky OP didn't go after constructive dismissal to get the severance anyway 😂
My guess is that company was trying to save a mere few hundred thousand dollars on labor in exchange for those company destroying losses.
First story. Idk why they dont calculate the lost it would cost the company and tell the boss. “ sure ill come back, i want half of what your lost would be in my bank account and in writing”
Story 2: I feel bad for that guys wife, lady didnt deserve any of that.
It may depend on what country it's in as to whether it's illegal or not.
Imagine being a serial cheater and thinking that having fat and a reasonable bed time during the week is just the worst 🤡 yeesh
1st story :
Tell them you Accept for 200k, when they told you GTFO, ask them how much it'll cost them otherwise...
Finally! Some juicey juicey~juicey revenge!!!
I also wondered why he was suddenly happy to settle for $1,800 + legal fees given all the time and effort he put in. Why not go at least for double?
The fun of the internet. Once something is on it. It’s impossible too take it down
2nd story..NTA..I love how OP handled this. If you don't want to get publicly humiliated then DON"T SET OFF YOUR EFFN FIREWORKS AT 1 AM ON A WORKDAY DUMBA$$!!!!!
I think I heard Hugo during the beginning of the last story lol (I don't remember how to spell your pups name)
Idk why but it made me giggle
8:53 Yugo detected in the background
Never understood the idea behind just bullying a person until they quit, and the person just taking it. If you see the writing on the wall just be a really lousy employee!
Pro-revenge is just chefs kiss!!!
You can't tell me this isn't a re-upload I literally listened to this last week. I really need to find new stuff to listen to instead of the main people I like On repeat.
Sending a check that they know was going to bounce is considered fraud and illegal. Would have followed through with that too.
That woman in 2nd story let her intrusive thoughts won :D
that’s not what intrusive thoughts are.
Second op. Id call that an f'n win
7:41 THIS IS RICH!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Shocker, the guy who insults random people on the internet is a cheater and a bad person who could have ever thought that
anyone else hear his dog bark at 8:53
For story 1, OP should submit a complaint to the NLRB and EEOC about constructive discharge/dismissal. They'd need documentation, of course, but constructive discharge (that is, the working conditions were so intolerable that a reasonable person in the employee’s position would have felt compelled to resign) is unlawful in at least 31 states, and the employer could get into a looooooooot of trouble for it.
I don't think it said what country it was in.
i don't understand why the people being bullied by their workplaces in order to force them to quit, don't just, force their workplace to fire them? like, they're being harassed, so why don't they just stop working or start performing poorly? why not pull out a camera and record the harassment obviously, like holding the camera right in their face? like, yes, look for another job, but why quit when you can get that sweet severance pay and possibly get a lawsuit payout too?
Why did these idiots want to get rid of OP since he was doing a great job that no one else knew how to do? That makes no bloody sense.
3rd story: can someone explain me why America is still using check? Wouldnt a direct deposit or bank transfer be quicker and less paperwork needed?
story 2, holy shit he got dark souls parried by complete accident
I don't really use checks much, what is the significance of them sending a cashier check instead of a regular check in terms of making sure the check doesn't bounce?
Not positive, but I believe a cashiers check is already backed with money. A check is like a credit card (you pay the money at a later time) where a cashiers check is like a preloaded gift card (money was already paid and put on the card)
@@blueodis Ah, I see, thanks for the clarification.
2nd story is funny as hell serves the dude right
6:24
americans will use anything but the metric system
worst part is that the severence was probably less than the 2 month of pay and for sure if you invlude the yearly bonus lmao company are dumb sometime
2nd story: If you're going to cheat on your wife, not a good idea to be an arsehole to people online. Sort of like, if you're on the lam, don't call the cops on your neighbors for something stupid.
OP#2 thought she was doin a drive by hit and it turned out to be the mother of all hail Marys
Getting a whole household flagged for immigration because a boy broke your little heart is the most evil thing I’ve ever heard on these videos…..
It's always cheaper to do the right thing.
You poor thing, you sound sick in this video! Hope you feel better :)
Most places have a strict 30 day time limit, plus requiring statements if any of the deposit is kept. Know your rights as a renter, hold shitty landlords accountable!
i wonder... that first story i remember an article about a company fitting this lost 63mill due to "mismanagement" they said XD
54 North American grey squirrels. Judging by the spelling, they're likely not American but still. Anything to avoid the metric system.
i had to rewind because that 1st story sounded like my last job -.- it's not. but i had those elements and worse
Funny stories, thx rslash!
Sorry to say but you sound kinda sick. Your voice is deeper than it used to be. Please take a break if needed. I am sure people will understand.
I do love employer revenge
Day 122 (Week 17 Day 5) of asking rslash to do some feel-good content because he deserves it
Story 2. Good!!!
Are you stil using checks in the states? I stopped using those like 1995
don't forgot to like these videos.
"I just lost the equivalent to an adult wombat" Americans do really measure with everything but the metric system
So, honestly, idky but I thought the op in the stranger divorce was originally a man, and honestly I thought it made it so much better
The measurements in story 2 are unclear. Can I get that in football fields?
"The equivelant of a full grown male wombat or 54 grey squirrels"americans really will use anything except the metric system!
Hi rslash, nice to see you again!
Story 2, Americans will measure in anything but the metric system 😂
Dang. People are fast 😊
I was half paying attention at the start of the second story so I thought op was a man that whole time lol
I love this channel but we rarely get Entitled people stories any longer. I’m about to give up my morning RSlash.
story 2, lol, i didnt pay attention and thought the op was a guy, so it was funnier
