Usb c pd is not determined via a resistor inside the device. A seperate chip is needed to communicate with the psu to negotiate a proper voltage both devices support. Both the psu and the sink device need to support this negotiation process.
Pah! I recently bought a Lenovo V530S with a i3 8100 and fitted a 16TB HDD. Total cost £220. The system will smoke the Zima Blade in everything but power consumption. Also looks clean and professionally built, Not some janky piece of 3D printed case.
4k is supported if you use an external graphics card for acceleration. You’ll also need good networking. I only have 1080p monitors so I didn’t think to test that out 😅

Smarttube is great for Android TV, not only does it block ads, it skips sponsored segments in the video files

The down side of the Zima Blade is that these ship with one of 3 different cpus and they cannot tell you which oe you are going to get

RAID is not a backup, RAID protects you from drive failures, it won't protect you if you delete a file or modify and want to go back a version.

Oops that clip got cut from the edit. There’s a fan connector under the sata ports but you have to remove the outer shell to access it
Does this board support high bitrate 4k streaming? Looks great but I thought I noticed it said supported 1080p.
