Hey Man, it’s onto the next step! The C/A glue and the baking soda works pretty well. When you can do things like file it or sand it without re-breaking it , then you know you got a good bond. I still got to go to hobby lobby and get me one of those chrome pens, they work so good! I know by your past projects that this is going to come out real nice. Can’t wait for the next step! Nice work brother! 💪🏼😎🍻
I have used super glue and baking soda, yarn, string and cloth to mend all kind of things! Backing those crack spots with thin cloth like a handkerchief and some super glue will brace them from re-cracking.
@@IowaBudgetRCBashers I fixed a ton of toy store RCs back in the day! Could get parts easily for many so it was learn to glue it together to last or trash it. I think most of them almost doubled in weight by the time they hit the trash can! LOL!
Thanks Al. I’m thinking it’s gonna take about 3-4 more coats to cover it since I didn’t use primer. This krylon isn’t nearly as good as the rust oleum 2x with the primer in it.. but I thought I’d try it cause it was cheaper
Lee's steady getting better. Congrats to your new partner
Thanks Dirk..
Hi, nice video. I love this kit, i'm a hugh fan of the Wild Willy👋😎👍
Thanks for watching, more to come in this one
this will be cool!!! I can't wait to see the Wild General!
I’m really looking forward to it too. Wheelie Machine 😁
Cool fix and that's awesome they will sponsor the build
Not only the build, but all my future builds, and I’ll have a discount code coming too 😁
Great work😊
Looks great👍
I hope the paint turns out. I will never use krylon again. It sucks

The chrome pens are awesome. Definitely a must have for detail work
The plastic fix seemed to take well! Nice work Thad!👍😊
Not my cleanest repair but I just wanted some strength mostly.
Looking forward to seeing it done. It is going to be epic! Nice work.
I can’t wait to do mile long wheelies 😂
Great fix, I would have never thought of doing it that way!
It worked and it held up. Now to finish the paint, and get all the details done.. and the driver which in this case is a full figurine
Baking soda and CA works awesome! Looks like a fun project. Excited to see how it turns out.
I’m hoping the paint turns out. I’ve got 6 coats on now, it takes forever to dry and isn’t covering very well. Don’t use krylon 5x it’s garbage

Good idea. Never thought of that. Like fiberglass

They’re great bearings. Stay tuned for a discount code😁
Those chrome pens are great. I used them on the Squash van. Its coming along nicely
They work so well. Closest to actual chrome you can get.. I can’t wait to get this one running 😁
Hey Thad, seems like everything is moving along very nicely. Let us know how many coats of paint you used to cover the olive green.

Nice work sweet on sponsor great how to stuff and ideas.
Is that a shot glass….whiskey?
It’s a shot glass but it’s baking soda lol.. I’m looking forward to this opportunity with winter evening bearings 😁
