*WARNING* Super long/wordy rant/essay ahead Me giving another perspective on the issue (besides the "Chan didn't know" and "he was forced" which apparently he wasn't according to some people on twitter) *NOTE* : whoever comes at me calling me racist for using 'black people' and 'white people' can kindly gtfo and research what racist really means I want to touch on why wearing cornrows have become an issue related to cultural/culture appropriation (taking something from another culture without showing that you understand or respect the culture). Cornrows, for those who do not know, date back a long time into ancient African civilisation. There is a beautiful and complex history behind the use of cornrows and that's where the issue comes in. People (most predominantly American celebrities) are using cornrows as a sort of 'trend', hence ignoring all the history behind it. They are basically not respecting the culture and are only seeing it as it is: a hairstyle. Black people are proud of those cornrows, proud of their culture and yet, (racist) people are only acknowledging it now after Western celebrities have worn it because apparently, it makes a difference (in beauty) when white people wear it compared to the original black people. Now, to draw a bridge between this issue and Chan. I'm going to present two perspectives from the two most prominent reasons people have given: from the side of Chan, and from the side of the stylist (Chan's is a bit wordy, so I'll quickly get the stylist's perspective out of the way first). Simply put, the stylist may have just researched into what's popular amongst hip hop artists in America and did not bother to check anything behind it, because it's not every day where people use something with so much history behind it. It's not their duty to research the history behind the hairstyle, they simply saw that it was popular in America and decided to copy it. *HOWEVER* because people have been saying that it was Chan's idea, scrap that (but then again, they probably didn't know any better). I understand that everyone is either: pinning the blame on Chan or trying to educate him on doing such a thing. Let's touch on what Chan is like from what he has shown/said in the past. We understand that Chan is someone who is fascinated by the different cultures from around the world, which is a given considering that he grew up in a multicultural country like Australia and was most likely exposed to many, *many* different cultures (I would know because I was born and raised in Australia). We know that he is a sincere and thoughtful person who cares for the people around him and despite him being a '97 liner, one of the oldest in Stray Kids, and having such a mature outlook on the world, he is still quite young and probably haven't been exposed to the darker side yet (making this situation his first; although not that dark, it's still most likely not something he is used to). We know that he is at heart a good person who his parents are very proud of. Now let's look at possible reasons why he may have wanted to do this (taking into consideration his personality that he has showcased to us in the past). The first and main reason that I can come up with is that he found the beauty in the history behind and was simply fascinated. He probably wanted to show *appreciation* towards the culture, however, was not aware of the negative stigma behind wearing it on stage (or just wearing it general). He *may* have not been aware of the fact that it would not be received positively because he simply didn't think that there would be any consequences. Like a child who just discovered something new and wanted to show it to his parents, he wanted to show (and maybe educate but who knows) the culture to the fans; to help them find the beauty behind the history of African people, but did so without considering the consequences and how it may be sensitive to some people. (SIDE NOTE: tbh I didn't know how sensitive this was until this happened and did my research before anything else because like Chan, I grew up in a place where seeing these types of things are completely normal. I also *now* understand why people are so pressed on using something from another culture in a way that seems as though they are trying to be 'trendy' because it's the same with me and seeing people use traditional Asian clothing as prom dresses or whatnot. Things that carry so much history SHOULDN'T be used to be trendy. That's what I call disrespecting the culture.) I'm not saying that this isn't his fault. I'm saying that the fault lays in the public (STAYs, Netizens, etc.) as well as Chan. Chan for not understanding the possible consequences that this may have brought onto him and the group image, and the public for autopiloting towards negative assumptions. When it was first revealed that Chan had cornrows, I noticed first that people were criticising him for using them as a 'trend'. Do you realise that this is an assumption based on past experience? We are so used to having well-known celebrities using them for popularity and as a 'trend' that we automatically think that everyone is doing it for the same reason. What if Chan was trying to express something different but didn't realise that people would think that way? ( *IF* this is true, that just shows how much he trusts us to understand him and stand by his side). I understand that some people may have felt betrayed because he has, up until now, shown only respect and appreciation for other cultures. However, before attacking him and *demanding* an apology (please note the word demanding), we should first break down what type of person we know him as and think of possible reasons (and probably give him the benefit of the doubt, *while* trying to calmly educate and tell him that doing this may be received wrongly rather than shouting at him to apologise because tbfh y'all are making this bigger than it needs to be; don't @ me) On another note, we don't know Chan personally. We don't know what kind of person he is (and for those who are disappointed at the current scandal involving Seungri and many other celebrities will understand why I said that we do not know them). For all we know, Chan could be an insensitive person (wow that hurt to type). Just because he's shown us his caring side, doesn't mean that that is the only side he has. Like every human, he should have a flaw and it could very well be his more personal side (please don't attack me because these are also assumptions, *NOT* facts). Another thing I want to point out is that people have been comparing this incident with BamBam's (where he was drunk at Mark's house in America and said the n word). People are saying that BamBam was intercepted by the company, forbidden from apologising and yet he decided to break the rules and apologise. We need to understand that the circumstances are different and that BamBam and Chan are two completely different people despite being friends. BamBam has no problem being wild and uncontrollable, Chan is not. He's so used to being the "perfect" son and if there are rules, he'll most likely follow them. Y'all need to calm down first and let logic rule your mind, not emotions. We, as a new fandom, shouldn't be turning our backs so quickly. We should show that we are capable of being patient and aren't so irrational. For some, it may seem straightforward: "apologise". For others, it's much more complex: "I don't know how to feel anymore", but remember that this is the man that created Stray Kids, the man that took care of his members, the man that trained for 7 years without losing ambition, Stray Kids's as well as our leader. A man who we hold so much respect for and suddenly it all disappears because of a hairstyle (with a lot of history) worn with intentions so vague. I just want to end this by saying that just like other people (call me a hypocrite or whatever, but I'm going to tell you that there is not a single person on this earth who isn't one, some just more than others) i want Chan to issue an apology. I don't care if he does this ASAP, or if he chooses to spend some time thinking and researching to present a more sincere apology, I just want an apology and explanation. I want an apology from him for: using the hairstyle wrongly, for being ignorant, or for causing such a huge misunderstanding (whichever he is guilty of) If you made it to the end, I hope it either: - matches with your opinion *_OR_* - gave you a new perspective on the issue I did my best to explain the two sides of the situation (presenting Chan as both an innocent young man, as well as an ignorant one). Tbh I wrote this because I felt the need to express my opinion on the matter after seeing people on my twitter timeline _cancelling_ Chan. Thank you for reading this long af comment lmao Moral of the comment: stop making assumptions and logically think things through SIDE NOTE: Thank you for the video, it was awesome as always Edit: Another side note: I love drama and being able to express my opinion c:
can someone make this comment go viral or something? You gave different perspectives, all rational, possible and respectful. You tried to explain everything nicely, both sides, and I think that is magnificient. People should read this. I was feeling horrible these past days, stressed and sad seeing all the hate between the fandom, the death threats, the mocking… and reading this made me feel relaxed. It was like getting a hug. idk, but thank you so so so much. I hope many more people would be able to read this. You are a very nice and intelligent person, everyone can see that you have search information and that you are trying to be logical, respectful and understand all of this.
Yeah this is a really really good perspective. Thank you for thanking the time to write this and to think of the words to express It with. Yeah Chan might have done a thing to hurt a lot of people (even though there were black stays in the comments who stated they weren't feeling offended) but the thing that hurt me was the Stays themselves. There were so SO many people commenting 'you weren't the man I thought you to be' or stuff like that which really hurt me. They were so quick to 'cancel' Chan that it hurted. It was like they forgot who the man under the hairstyle was and didn't even wait patiently for him to address the issue. They were just commenting rude stuff. And to see him crying at the fan sight was just heartbreaking and I couldn't help but cry myself again for the 100th time since the issue started. I thought we were family as Stays and now I just feel really betrayed and hurt (and not by Chan). I always found our fandom a safe place, a place where I can find a friend and not be afraid to be myself. I hope this doesn't fuck up with Chan's mind a lot because we all know we can't see when an idol is broken because they will rearly show it. I just hope he is OK.
@@judethefourth336 OMG thank you for taking your time to read through my long comment and honestly your compliment made me tear up a bit. I think this issue has caused a big rift in the fandom and I'm glad my explanation gave you a bit of comfort despite the situation at hand. Honestly, after everything is over, I don't know if I can look at the fandom the same way as before. We were all supportive and were like one big happy family and what did it take to throw this all away? A situation that didn't need to be as big as this. People were ruled by their emotions, hence making irrational decisions and saying things they probably would never have said and it hurts to see the fandom this way. All we can hope that will come out of this is that the fans now (or any fans who have experienced such a rift in the fandom) can learn from this and approach educating their artists properly. I know they only have good intentions but the problem remains in the way it is expressed (which, as I mentioned in my original comment, could be a major contributing factor that triggered this situation in the first place).
*Imagine having a trip to Australia to have a good time but seeing 9 grown up dudes lipsyncing and dancing around like an idiot instead* i would join them
Are you really a stay if you dont scream "stray kids 9 or none were gonna cross the finish line" or "it been a year and its true now call me captain I'll do it for my crew now"
Lauren Waddle hahaha i was going to agree, but my non english ass can't properly pronounce this "nine or none", it is worst than your tongue twisters for me x'D
Tbh it was a 3rd wheel on each date Minho and Jisung + I.N Changbin and Felix + Seungmin Chan and Woojin + Hyunjin To be truthful hyunjin be on a date with everyone 😂😂
People are saying 9 idiots dancing NO NO NO How dare you say idiots!!! It is CRACKHEADS get it right cheese.... Edit: thanks for the likes wowwie I guess I’m not the only one who thought this!
Yeah I feel the same way about the whole issue. And I’m a bit disappointed that he didn’t mention it directly in the Vlive but I don’t know if that was because Jeongin was there or if he wasn’t allowed to talk about it (which wouldn’t really make any sense). But knowing how much he genuinely cares about others’ feelings, I feel like he’ll apologize at some point. I’d be really surprised and disappointed if he doesn’t. But I’m just going to wait and still support him because he clearly didn’t mean any of this to harm others.
Hi..thanks for your @description. I'm not calling myself a stay but I do love Stray Kids music a lot, their lyrics represents my experiences. I've been listening to them since hellevator. And dilligently following Chan's vlife. First, I surprised Chan's didn't address the issue directly. Because he did previously, for instance regarding baby girls, baby boy, and daddy thing. But...judging from his rambling, beating around the bush monologue,he kinda explained that his purpose is "cultural appreciation". He loves music, and he tries to embrace all including the culture related to it. He thought about this issue to the point he couldn't sleep, which is very bad considering he has imsonia. It brings me to second point, I dont know chan's personally, but judging from his vlive, talker, etc he seems like a generous, kind person who always put others above himself, and genuinely care for others including Stay. All other members confirm this. That saying, I assumed he'd apologize directly but his company vetoed. Why?because this issue become trending, i'm sure they dont want to add another fuel to it. Most company, unless it's legal issue, the best policy to address this kinda issue is "no comment is the best action". But it's not the main point here. The company direction put Chan's on the hot seat. Watching his vlife was painful, it's clear he would break anytime soon during vlive. I'm dead sure Chan's have learned his lesson. In a hard way! Imagine this, he said on previous week vlive that 3racha prepared the stage to perfection to satisfy Stay. But it turned out to be disaster. Instead of being proud, some Stay was hurt and be divided. The news was all about his hair not how amazingly their performance were. His members and staff got attacked. If he can't apologize upfront, maybe he'll deliver it through other platform, his music. Sooner or later. It's up to you, who's hurt, to decide whether to give him a chance or not. Meanwhile, let's be respectful. Sorry for my bad grammar, English is not my native language. Edit: grammar
thank you for saying all of this respectfully. I agree with you and I feel really bad for him because imagine being in his place, wanting to say anything about the topic, but people pressing you to say it "Now" and maybe the company pressing you to not say anything. It must be hard. And his health is getting worse. I hope everything ends soon. I am tired of people arguing with one another and seeing how many people send death threats to him or mock the fact that he cried and got a nosebleed this morning. Sorry for the mistakes or if something seems disrespectful, because it is not my intention
@@judethefourth336 Hi...please no need for apologize. I'm glad we can discuss this situation with a clear mind. I just hope malicious comments can be stop. To each other, not particularly towards Chan. Thanks thejey for letting me sharing my2cents here.
@ your description: I'm kinda shocked too honestly. Not at how he made a mistake, everyone makes them, and he probably just wasn't aware that him wearing cornrows would offend people. I'm just really surprised that he didn't apologize during his vlive, because he certainly doesn't seem like the type to ignore the hurt he has caused other people. Honestly I think it might be the company either telling him to not address the issue at all (which would be dumb but when are entertainment companies not being dumb tbh) or to address the issue in some other way. He kind of randomly touched on culture-related stuff at one point and spoke about it in English when he and Jeongin had been speaking in Korean the whole time, which kind of seemed like him trying to address the cultural appropriation issue and speak to international fans abt it without actually saying anything about the hair incident. It definitely gave me the vibe that he wasn't allowed to talk about it or properly apologize. If that is the case then it's really unfortunate bc this could definitely affect his and Stray Kids's reputation and obviously the hurt his actions have caused is something to apologize for. I really hope he'll get to apologize properly, maybe the next time he's doing a solo vlive, but only time will tell. I'm not unstanning them over this but like if someone wants to, I can understand that.
yes agreed! and yes i was shocked sbout the fact that he didn't adress it because i really thought he'd say something directly about it. because he is the type to not let anyone down and a very good hearted boy as we know
I personally don’t think he should apologize for something like this. I get that people got offended, but if you think about it, he isn’t the first person to have this hairstyle. Kai being an more known idol has worn them without any backlash. I think this is more of a “they are still new with still a small amount of fans and are gaining too much popularity too quickly” deal. People are nitpicking. It’s happened to too many groups before them and we are allowing it to happen again and again. Sure people have been bullied before for having that hair style and it hurt them, but I’ve been bullied for having short hair (I’m a female). It’s messed me up, but I don’t go around crying about it. I keep moving on with my short hair because I like it. Them doing that is like me going to any female idol with short hair (ex. f(x)’s Amber) and tell them I’m offended and they need to apologize. Also how people were treating him during the vlive was horrible. “Jeongin leave so we can have a conversation with Chan” and “I can’t believe I got reported for helping Chan man up” are you saying that these things are okay to be said to him? Treating him like a child? Like he doesn’t know how to treat other people with respect? Like he doesn’t open up to us every week no matter how personal it is to him or how tired he is? It hurts knowing people I’ve talked to and enjoyed his music with just go and hurt him to the point he’s crying at a fansign from it all. He almost reached his breaking point during the vlive as well from all the comments.
He and Stray Kids alike have also refused to wear dreads when the topic was presented to them. I definitely think that is something to consider. As well as the fact that another main issue of cornrows braids being put in non-black hair is the fact that their hair is fine when put in those styles. But when other races do it (Caucasian/Asian etc) it can cause damage to the scalp/hair. We also know that they are styled by their stylist/company and we can’t assume that he is the one who asked/requested for it. We should wait for the whole story/his perspective.
Maddie Noonan I'm a hardcore Exo-L. Kai got shit for his dreads in the Kokobop MV. If you don't know then you need to stop passing assumptions off as facts. Kai was called a manwhore just because he showed his body during the Love Shot promotions. He's been through hell! I don't appreciate anyone demeaning his struggles. I'm a Stay too. I've been crying since this incident happened. There were Stays leaving nasty messages for Black people because they don't fully understand that what Chan did was an issue. There were also disgusting comments left by Black folks towards Stays including myself. I've been very respectful but still got attacked. I'm so sick of this shit.
Favorite song=victory song Bias group=seventeen(jun and minghao) Bias from stray kids=Felix Superhuman=good song not great choreography Ult bias= jun or Yanan(pentagon)
Of course I understand some people are getting offended, but when you claim that a specific hairstyle is YOURS while actually other cultures use it, it could also be considered as cultural appropriation. Cornrows have indeed a huge meaning for the black community, but some other places in the world use them for cultural purpose and don't see any problem when it is borrowed with respect. In America this hairstyle could be problematic, because of the past oppression, and I know South Korea isn't the best place for cultural melting. But what if he, his stylist, SKZ didnt know about it? Now that Chan knows about the issue, I also excpected him to apologize, not because its his fault (its not, you can't no longer consider ignorance as a crime or a sign of disrespect) but bc he seems to be the kind of guy who doesn't give a shit about his pride and would prefer the solution that will please everyone instead of being right himself. But then again, it is Bang Chan. If he's going to apologize he won't Just spit out some quick apologies and move on. Pressing him is not the right thing to do! It's rude and make nonsense. If he is going to apologize, he is most likely to think deeper about it, to choose the right words, to calm everyone. This could be why he didnt do it all of sudden. Messing up is easy when you are under pressure. And even tho I think he should apologize, I also think he doesn't "need" to. And I personally think he'll be more devastated seeing how the fandom is tearing appart because of that than being bashed two or three times.
yes i totally agree! and i am open for that he may not have been aware of the issues around culture appeopriation as it's a bigger issue than other places. he may ofc not have known about it, but at least know he's aware of it. stays should educate him and he, as he is a prideful boy and really a good boy to heart, should apologize if he is sincere about it. ofc forcing his is not the way, but i hope we get an explaination and an apology for those who got hurted.
Exactly....knowing the type of person he is I think he would most probably be researching more about the CA since he didn't know about it.... I mean c'mon if you were in a situation like this where you did smthg that would be offending to others and you didn't know about it....would you just say sorry right away or would you dig more about the situation so that you can give a proper apology and understand the situation more? To understand what the other person truly must be going through?? It's just my opinion.....I mean what the other comments said about the company holding him back and not letting him to talk about the situation could also be true....we don't know that! Also if you were doing a math sum and you got it wrong....would you just give up and copy from someone else to finish the problem?? Or would you try to understand the sum and figure out where you went wrong to fix it?? And if you actually copy the answer without knowing where you went wrong, it would basically mean that you are trying to get that problem done as soon as possible and you don't care much about it, but if you try to figure out where you went wrong and then correct yourself it would mean you are sincere and you are in no hurry and want to understand the situation! That's probably the same with Chan.....he wants his apology to be sincere.....we all want that don't we?? So it's better for the "stay's" to wait rather than blaming him and throwing mean comments to him. And also i don't think no one (the other boys the crew and the stylists) knew about this situation too coz if they did they would've stopped him and told him about this ......and again this is just my opinion and I don't mean to sound mean or anything. I just hope the others would have some patience.....he didn't apologize now? That's fine coz he would definitely apologize later.
4:33 Superhuman is a BOP!! Gives off classic SM (especially SHINee with those harmonies) vibes but like also true to nct??? Also Haechannie is back and dancing and I’m here for it
When I heard it was SHINee like, I got worried. I only like half of SHINee songs. Luckily, it was the good half! It was definitely an NCT 127 track, but I could hear the influence. I really enjoyed it. AND THE CHOREO THO!!!
Fave song from Miroh album-Chronosaurus Bias groups: Day6, Stray Kids, BTS Ult. Bias- Chan tbh (watching their survival show really expressed his charisma so well)
1:15 probably boxer because I can't get it out of my head 2:19 bts,nct,got7,stray kids,day6 and txt 4:33 I found it pretty enjoyable lol I can't describe how I felt when I watched it
To the creator of this video, I would like to point out something regarding Chris’ issue. Many idols don’t have the freedom over their hairstyle or things like that. Many disregarded the possibility that, maybe he did try to convince the stylist not to do the hair but the stylist did not want to change it or something like that. In the past, one of the members said they wanted to try dreads when asked what hairstyle do they want to try after debut. The member said dreads, but Chris talked about how it’s a bad idea, and how it’s kind of disrespectful. So I believe he himself knows the issue with his hair, and probably already feel bad when he sported the hair. It’s not okay, but how many understood Chris, and knows he won’t do this on his own accord, and how many disregarded the fact that many idols don’t have the freedom to choose their hair or clothes for their stages like 90% of the time.
Thejey It could be his company wanting to create news on SKZ to increase the attention on them (as we all know there are 2 CEOs, one more inclined on purely business and profit) and told him to say that or they simply wanted to deal with the stylist within the company and didn't want attention on the stylist and told him to say that. I'm not excluding the possibility that he might really be the one wanting it, it's just that there are so many things that goes behind the scenes when managing an idol group that we might never know. So I don't encourage bashing/hating on him, but instead, tell him nicely that it's kind of disrupting to certain groups of fans and how it's okay this time round, but simply be more careful in the future. Not by spreading hate and etc., and breaking him as a person psychologically.
For a favorite song I can hardly choose. This album I have to say is MY favorite, I just can’t stop playing it as a whole but if I had to choose one I’d say boxer is that anthem it’s so lit and it just makes me want to dance (even tho I already do lmao) but I love all the other songs just the same.
Thank you for your comment. It's nice when you feel heard and your feelings are seen as valid without being shutdown. I'm not cancelling Chan nor am I OT8 or 2racha supporter that's gross. I love those boys and I want the best for them. They can only grow from this especially Chan. Thanks for your video. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

@description I am actually waiting for the time he will apologise and thats the only way the issue will end. But im not telling that it is his fault or any of the company's. (Some) STAYS right now are so impatient and calling him names such as racist, pig and what so ever. Can we just wait for his statement or JYP's?
yes calling him racist and all that stuff is all to much, they could educate him properly and try to understand that he grew up were this wasn't big of a thing (culture appropiation i mean)

I agree with most of the points you made about Bang Chan and the braids, but i’m sure he didn’t have a choice. Idols don’t get a say in what their companies want. I do agree that it was disrespectful and wrong, and that he should bring it up and explain, but that doesn’t change that he’s an amazing person and has respect for all cultures. I know what happened was messed up, but please don’t let that blind you from the person he really is
I'm a Jelpi stan, and VERIVERY is my fav group now (2:20) but I think I'm gonna stan SKZ because of the memes. and this channel. and their songs. (my fav skz song is 0324)

Btw, I don't remember properly the questions but Changbin and Han for SKz, ultimate Seungkwan from SVT, I don't stan NCT so Idk about Superhuman (?) And thank you for talking about the issue properly and not with all the hate that is showing in Twitter these days. It's been horrible be in that sns, or in the fanboard of their channel in vlive u.u THE TYDN AWESOME AS ALWAYS DARLING
With the whole Chan thing, idk what to think about it. Cause the have mentioned before that they wouldn't do any of that stuff, because it's rude to the culture. So, I just don't know what to think. CR Pause Question Answers! - Fave song from the album - Victory Song and Miroh - Bias groups - BTS, Stray Kids, GOT7, TXT, Day6, Monsta X, and NCT/WayV - Opinion on Superhuman - I really like it!! - Ult bias group - Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm BTS and Stray Kids

Me giving another perspective on the issue (besides the "Chan didn't know" and "he was forced" which apparently he wasn't according to some people on twitter)
*NOTE* : whoever comes at me calling me racist for using 'black people' and 'white people' can kindly gtfo and research what racist really means
I want to touch on why wearing cornrows have become an issue related to cultural/culture appropriation (taking something from another culture without showing that you understand or respect the culture).
That's what I call disrespecting the culture.)
I'm not saying that this isn't his fault. However, before attacking him and *demanding* an apology (please note the word demanding), we should first break down what type of person we know him as and think of possible reasons (and probably give him the benefit of the doubt, *while* trying to calmly educate and tell him that doing this may be received wrongly rather than shouting at him to apologise because tbfh y'all are making this bigger than it needs to be; don't @ me)
On another note, we don't know Chan personally.
I want an apology from him for: using the hairstyle wrongly, for being ignorant, or for causing such a huge misunderstanding (whichever he is guilty of)
If you made it to the end, I hope it either:
- matches with your opinion
*_OR_*
- gave you a new perspective on the issue
I did my best to explain the two sides of the situation (presenting Chan as both an innocent young man, as well as an ignorant one).
Tbh I wrote this because I felt the need to express my opinion on the matter after seeing people on my twitter timeline _cancelling_ Chan.
Thank you for reading this long af comment lmao
Moral of the comment: stop making assumptions and logically think things through
SIDE NOTE: Thank you for the video, it was awesome as always
Edit:
Another side note: I love drama and being able to express my opinion c:
can someone make this comment go viral or something?
@@rumyanaromelova643 honestly, same :(
@@judethefourth336 :(
@@judethefourth336 OMG thank you for taking your time to read through my long comment and honestly your compliment made me tear up a bit.
*Imagine having a trip to Australia to have a good time but seeing 9 grown up dudes lipsyncing and dancing around like an idiot instead*

I guess I’m not the only one who thought this!
2:40 and they did that infront of those huge stairs where everyone was probably just sitting and watching them in confusion lmao
ruby mae I seriously got scared that they would fall tho it’s so easy to fall of the stairs I fall of them all the time
Yeah I feel the same way about the whole issue.
Chan never dissapoint me.
@@judethefourth336
Hi...please no need for apologize. I'm glad we can discuss this situation with a clear mind. I just hope malicious comments can be stop. To each other, not particularly towards Chan.
Thanks thejey for letting me sharing my2cents here.
@@annisasyarifah5103 i am glad too and I hope everything ends soon. No worries :) have a nice day
The fact that you used IM CHANGKYUN- Horizon is such an INTELLECTUAL. My StayMonbebe.
The Squirrel 0325 / Lisa my thoughts exactly
I don’t want to make any bad vibes.. but what actually happened during that Vlive?
I wasn’t able to see it, cuz i was gone at a restaurant..
That's pretty much how feel about the issue.
Woojin’s shirt literally says “evening air” like, ok

This. My thoughts exactly.
yes i totally agree! and i am open for that he may not have been aware of the issues around culture appeopriation as it's a bigger issue than other places. he may ofc not have known about it, but at least know he's aware of it. stays should educate him and he, as he is a prideful boy and really a good boy to heart, should apologize if he is sincere about it. ofc forcing his is not the way, but i hope we get an explaination and an apology for those who got hurted.
you literally just typed my exact thoughts thank you
Exactly....knowing the type of person he is I think he would most probably be researching more about the CA since he didn't know about it.... That's fine coz he would definitely apologize later.
i actually didnt know that was offensive guess im also being educated

It’s not okay, but how many understood Chris, and knows he won’t do this on his own accord, and how many disregarded the fact that many idols don’t have the freedom to choose their hair or clothes for their stages like 90% of the time.
but he did say at a fansign that it was his idea....

I know what happened was messed up, but please don’t let that blind you from the person he really is
I'm a Jelpi stan, and VERIVERY is my fav group now (2:20)

Alright, thats all-
Don't be worry about the stops for evading the copyright issue.
