NOTE: This has been the best site to upgrade your 2016 Mustang. I have a 2016 GT350 and the installation went well, however, disconnecting the wires from the old USB was a pain in the azz (I see why it was skipped over. I broke two of the plastic tabs however Ford Service said that the tabes were overkill and the connection should stay connected (if not the tab ends are extremely cheap to replace)
i just called the dealer to see what the price difference is between amazon and theirs. but guy who answer my call said they dont have the module with the part number with letter "A" at the end its now "C" and "B" would that affect if the part number is not the same?
Brother i just got my mustang and i was wondering why apple carplay didnt work. One question though, to use carpay on the usb port in the front would i have to replace that usb port also?

Thank you for clarifying that the usb has to be upgraded.. I been racking my brain tryna figure out what was going on with my Sync 3.
No problem
Hell yeah, thanks! Gonna get this part ordered asap.
Appreciate the link in the description. Fingers crossed**
You’re welcome my guy
What exact screen is this? it looks amazing. Can you provide a link for it.
@@midq371 it’s the stock screen that came with the car, I didn’t change it
Just got it and one of the plug ins on the module bottom has no plug at all so I just plugged two in and worked
Can you share the link? Maybe they updated it
@@BrewCity_Jo it still works when I tested it just missed one of the main plug ins
Does it work on every Mustang (2014-2020) with sync 3-System, or do you need the navigation system as part of the sync 3-System?
Tuning in man !!! 💪💪
Yesssirr 🤝

So basically you don’t need to buy a whole apple car play screen , just by buying the lil port would it update it ?
Yep, that’s what I did
This is very helpful thanks man!
You’re welcome!
💪💪💪 you should do a lcd cluster
The new ones from the 2018+ right? I’m thinking about it
Was this from Amazon?
Yes
Do yk if this will work on the 2015?
It should, mine is a 2016 and it works

No, replacing the main hub in the center console allows you to use both plugs for CarPlay
Will it work with a 2018
2018 has CarPlay already, no? Shouldn’t need it
@@BrewCity_Jostill has a standard 4” if not a premium premium mustangs have the touch screen but the standard still has the old 4” screen
mine is not working and the system is up to date and got the same part on the screen it said device not supported
Did you ever get this figured out?
Hey man just wondering how much was the part ?

Couldve updated your OS for free lol
