- Toyota just launched the New 2023 Toyota Veloz V and G. The velos is no longer just another variant of the Avanza, as they completely stripped the Veloz of the Avanza badge. It's no longer called the Avanza Veloz, it's just Veloz now. The Veloz is a snazzier version of the regular Avanza. It features a completely different front end, much nicer wheels, a much nicer looking interior and a lot more tech features. Here in the Philippines, It will come in two variants, the Veloz V which has a price of 1.19m pesos and the Veloz G which has a price of 1.22m pesos. In this video, we'll talk about the differences between the two variants. And we'll also do a Veloz vs Avanza comparo

You got the prices mixed up. In your video in the last part the Veloz V is the one that is 1.22M while in your description the Veloz G is the one that is more expensive. I think the video is right and the description/caption price is the one that is wrong

if only theyd put the cruise control on this baby..it wouldve been the cherry on top to overtake their sales against the xpander..but admittedly this veloz has better features than the new xpander besides lacking the cruise control
the new suzuki ertiga might have it. cheaper as well.

Actually i would want to agree on other comments in this review i was really confused on the review since you kept on jumping between veloz and avanza and not between the veloz v and veloz g variant
Saw some review also from Indonesia one of their variant has screen on 2nd row not sure if it was V but it must be the top of the line and they also have Manual Variant, not sure why it is not being offered here in PH same as avanza they have 1.5 G MT variant but we only hav e 1.3 E and J MT variant here
Great features on the Veloz V. I think this is now a better choice than getting an Innova J

Veloz V w/ TSS or HRV S w/ Honda Sensing? Priced roughly the same with same engine size and safety features. Will depend on whether you need 5 or 7 seats. But the honda I reckon is the better car overall.

Watch Reygan Reviews instead. Mas brief and concise explanation nya sa difference between Veloz G and V. Essentially they only differ in two features. The 40k difference gets you a larger 9inch screen dashboard in V compared to 8inch screen in G and you get Toyota Safety sense features in V which u wont get in G variant. For me, 40k is a reasonable additional price for extra safety features u get for your family.

The Veloz V having the 360 deg view, lane assist , pre collision system and a bigger sleeker screen is not worth the 40k jump for me. G is just fine.

The Avanza is still being produced, though the Veloz is produced separately from the former.

Its still based on the daihatsu xenia, like the avanza
@@jaywalkur no it is not. veloz totally different platform, it uses TNGA platform and manufactured at toyota's own plant while avanza manufactured together with twin daihatsu xenia (both DNGA platform) veloz is separate name plate now, its no longer an avanza.
@@ardio479 The Veloz is manufactured in a different plant in Indonesia but it shares the same platform with the Avanza. Beyond the cosmetic bits, they're the exact same vehicle. Same mechanicals, mostly the same panels and the same platform, the DNGA platform
