      There is a situation that he is an adopted son and he treats him as a friend rather than a father,
      But what does genes matter, He carries the torch of fire in his heart Like ip chain But what they shouldn't do is quarrel between them, that's for sure Especially in their status( Two Wing Chun masters are sons of The legendary Ip Man.)

    that is the wade and giles system of romanization that was used when ip man was in Hong Kong. this was why Beijing as we spell it today was spelled Peking in the Wade and Giles romanization. although, peking was always pronounced the same is it is today.

    So a person's ability to pronounce or spell the art's name makes a difference in their ability to learn it?

    • @zoolkhan
      @zoolkhan 4 года назад

      spelling in latin letters has no meaning, its a chinese art - and if you translate the latin letters however "wrong spelled" back to chinese - it all reads the same.
      Only immature rookies would try to correct the western spelling.
      The spelling is only different to avoid "copyright claims" - or rather, they dont want to be confused with other branches of the wing chun mother tree.
      He who doesnt respect his brothers even though sitting on a different branch, does not deserve to be respected himself
