@@markhor350 Nope sometimes you need to hear some harsh truth which will help you become a better person and a better thinker , if mediocrity is accepted in your culture then it's your culture's problem not ours, when Babar is in form he can play those extra balls and can make up later on in his innings but when out of form it is bound to put extreme pressure on other batsman. That's a fact same which I feel is true with Rizwan, Rohit ,Rahul Kohli, Smith , Williamson. When these guys are out of form and they play with this sort of an approach it's bound to be questioned.

Gambhir is 100% right. Every sensible cricket expert knows that Babar Azam is a tactically weak captain (Countless blunders) and a selfish stat padder, instead of playing at a difficult position in T20 (middle order) to stabilize & control the innings, he chooses an easy option to play above specialist openers like Fakhar and Shan in a timid approach in Powerplay that eventually adds pressure on Pakistan's remaining batters.
Stat padder that just chased 203 last month. Have you even seen fakhar's stats. Suggesting him instead of Babar is so foolish. And what happens 9/10 times that babar gets early? The team collapses brutally. One of three match winners for Pakistan and to call him selfish just shows people haven't been paying attention to how he has played, especially in the past year.

Pak should look to find better options in the middle in the long term but when RizBar is working so good at the top i don't think that needs to be changed just because a very good match winning partnership has not materialised in a place where Pakistan always struggle.

Gambhir is 100% right. Every sensible cricket expert knows that Babar Azam is a tactically weak captain (Countless blunders) and a selfish stat padder, instead of playing at a difficult position in T20 (middle order) to stabilize & control the innings, he chooses an easy option to play above specialist openers like Fakhar and Shan in a timid approach in Powerplay that eventually adds pressure on Pakistan's remaining batters.
Actually He should be slapped on a daily basis 3 times daily..
Stat padder that just chased 203 last month. Have you even seen fakhar's stats. Suggesting him instead of Babar is so foolish. And what happens 9/10 times that babar gets early? The team collapses brutally. One of three match winners for Pakistan and to call him selfish just shows people haven't been paying attention to how he has played, especially in the past year.

@@08prtk i think Nawaz and shadab can provide that for Pakistan for now. Pak should look to find better options in the middle in the long term but when RizBar is working so good at the top i don't think that needs to be changed just because a very good match winning partnership has not materialised in a place where Pakistan always struggle.

I wait for this show daily to be uploaded on youtube. Brilliant show. Wonderful to watch legends. Waseem Akram, Waqar Younis being the best of the best, not to forget Shoaib malik who played 281 ODIs and 120 odd T20Is and Misbah ul haq who was the batting mainstay for pakistan in the last decade. All are legends ans greats of the game in their own way.

Gambir is absolutely correct. We should consider his opinion seriously as he used to open from Indian side. I think Gambir is sharing his advise for Babar. Babar has so much potential and talent to become number one batsman but babar should listen these suggestions. Try to go to number 3 or 4 and let Fakkur or Shan to open first with Rizwan
