Hey Brandon, not being able to see red on the peaking is a sign of Deutans Color Blindness. I know I have DCB. Yes you can see colors, but not as many colors as other people can. Seems like people with DCB see like 400K colors while normal folks see a million. FYI, it is pasted down from Maternal grandfather. Your eye doc don't test for it and don't care. You should be able to get a colorblind chart/test online. You really need to know since you are doing color grading. I have to run my editing passed my wife all the time.
Interesting! I'll have to go take the test and report back on the next podcast. Hopefully it's that simple and I have an excuse, otherwise, we'll have to chalk it up to being inept 🤣
Thanks for the shout-out!!!
It was a great story, thanks for sharing!
Brandon's Mom comes through!
She is the best!
I am going to Colorado in the Fall for the elk rut. What do you recommend for a beginner. I have no idea. Thank you ❤
are you looking for a good location or camera choice?
I used to use the Canon Xl 1 - and switched to the far superior Sony VX-2000. At the time, there was more money in stills though.
The XL1 was a cool camera for its time! And there Sony was a workhorse.
