i really love the "guys i made musics that aren't sans and jevil's boss themes" when toby mentions that the musics he was sent as reference was megalovania and world revolving in the newsletters
I have never subscribed to a newsletter with the intention of actually reading it. And true to that all the newsletters I've ever received can be found completely untouched in my email. And yet... I have read every single newsletter released by Toby Fox the moment it pops into my inbox.

while i definitely dont want to burst the bubble - im pretty sure artists that arent really sega in-house artists are given a point of reference to base their song off of, given that some songs from the gekichumai franchise are sequels of already existing songs from said artists (eg. world vanquisher by void is practically a sequel to a song he created in sound voltex named world vertex - pretty silly)
My ears are blessed and my fingers/arms/fore-arms are shivering. Having Toby's crazy composition style along side Camellia's insane production style makes for one of the craziest duos in Rhythm game history. Can't wait to loop this over and over again.
honestly a company hiring some guy who they know makes some pretty good music not realizing they're hiring the same guy that made the theme for the character they want to mimic and sending said theme to him as reference seems pretty fitting for a company...

I have a Jevil-coded character in a dnd campaign I’m planning. I was going to use a mashup of Jevil and Marx’s themes as their battle music, but honestly? The amount of “oh god, I really screwed up” energy this gives off is making me reconsider.
Imagine having such banger songs that when you do a song collab they send you your own song for what they want, imagine that in a conversation "have you heard that one really good artist" "which one" "uh you"
