i get too anxious whether or not i prepared enough or know the topic very well and i can see that it affects the way i speak because sometimes i'm loud and sometimes my volume is a little low and hard to hear for people at the back. can you help please on what to do with that?

Preparing and knowing the topic are key, but so is developing your skills and paying attention to what you need to improve.
