Just reset the pin of your dsc and then again associate and then attached dsc again.... Otherwise keep trying with the same error.... Or one more thing check in edege browser also... Some times its works in the edge browser.

You can check fees in the instructions kit.... We not disclose in the video bcs its depends on the location of the client.... Otherwise everyone can say that itni lgti h mne video me dekha h.... Yes, right this happened with me also, ..... So what We did is we make the aggrement using full address of the office....Like shop number this and this is the chowk and given the landmark... So we he make aggrement using the full address and attached the electricity bill which we have and.... One letter is also attached with electricity bill that... In haryana new electricity bill is issued by the govt and we have not complete address on it so we have prepared rent aggrement on the basis of full address. Or if you have old electricity bill then you can also attached that one.

@@canitinbansal but sirji, Property is recently purchased and name changing procedure is yet not complete with electricity dept , Property Tax dept and with other relevant dept.
You have two option.... First go with name reservation again and paid the fees of name reservation..... And 2nd go without name reservation.... If you go without name reservation then try to use a new name bcs already reserved name may be you not get.
After submitting the part b all other forms not showing in mini dashboard It is showing only part a with approved status and part b with pdf uploaded status. There is no other forms showing like in you vedio.

have you make- business user ID of each director??? ...so first you need to make each director business user id and then associate the dsc selecting the authorized representative option...... I just confirmed from my team...please do and also confirmed us... Thank you

You can't do it directly you need to file separate form dir 12

You can associate by selecting ‘“authorised representatives” option
Great Video! Does one need to nominate a CA /CS at the time of registration. I am using a 3rd party whose advocate has digitally signed the forms.
Either of CA/CS/advocate can do the registration. But for further compliance only CA or CS can do.

Don’t pay stamp duty, you can pay at the end of the form submission.

Yes through the spice form you can only get 3 directors DIN other one you need to apply separately.

What is DSC i can't understand how it can generate? How can we upload documents with DSC attached?
Dsc means digital signature which is issued by Govt and you can buy it from any CA or professional. Also you can check it on google

You can’t submit against the expired SRN
In this case you go in the department and ask for restoration of SRN

While uploading SPICE forms in v3' DSC not registered in MCA portal' is Showing, including Professional DSC, But Spice B & Agile form got uploaded

While registering the company my all forms are showing submitted and approve but file button is not enable
Try after resetting your password using the forget password and also try in another browser or computer

No need of NOC if address proof is on the name of any one director.

Just check the SRN status on MCA site there you can see the name of the company which is approved... Just check the status of SRN

SRN generated for Name Application started with "AA+7 numbers*
But
While checking the status with SRN, notifications window poped like "SRN number must be 1st Alphabet + 8 numbers"
So, finally it says " Wrong SRN"
So, you have received any mail like name approval certificate type.... Which we received in v2 portal
Or ask through the ticket raise from the mca they will help you

I need to make rent agreement betweeen proposed director spouse and proposed director.
Only NOC with utility bill is enough... Or if you also want to add sale deed its your choice...no need to make any rent aggrement.

You have two option.... First go with name reservation again and paid the fees of name reservation..... And 2nd go without name reservation.... If you go without name reservation then try to use a new name bcs already reserved name may be you not get.

If payment was not made you can edit but all others forms also get discarded
After submitting the part b all other forms not showing in mini dashboard
It is showing only part a with approved status and part b with pdf uploaded status. There is no other forms showing like in you vedio.

Just leave that form and start filling a new form.... This for automatically cancelled after 10 days
