I think this car was meant to be in GTA V since day 1, the spawn name for the Elegy RH8 is “ELEGY2” not “ELEGY”, and then when the imports and exports update came out “ELEGY” became the spawn name for the Elegy Retro Custom, this strongly hints that this was meant to be in the base game AND in Single Player.
Pick the main body colour you want Go to primary - metallic + hover over the first colour for 5 seconds Exit primary and hover over crew emblem Click respray - primary - pearlescent: you’ll be able to change it

Glad they didn't give it to us in the base game. Cause then it wouldn't have nearly the level of mods it has
I think the midnight purple color is also suited to Elegy Retro Custom as like R32 GTR and R34 GTR irl booming modification
