This was awesome. Thank you so much. You saved me a ton of money. Thank you so much. I just need it so my wife can run the hair dryer and make a cup of coffee when she gets up 3 hours before you can run the generator.
I need to find a friend like you, who don’t like free labor 😂. That’s what friends are for though. Nice job and way to be in depth with the install. 👍🏿
Thank you David! You know I was a little worried about the video quality. This was the video I did the survey about. I’m happy it worked out and you found it helpful. Thanks for the feedback!
I’m happy you found the video helpful! Honestly, I was a little concerned to release it because it’s not a great quality recording but I felt the information was pretty cool and was hoping it would help someone. Thanks for watching!
Great job. To the point and very clear. I'll be doing a similar back-up inverter install on my 5th wheel this spring. Your video gave several useful ideas for running the cables.
Thank you! Very happy that you found it helpful and gave you some ideas. Once you can plan a route for the cables, it’s really not a complicated install and for the money it’s a great upgrade. Thanks for sharing with us!
I’m happy you found it helpful! It really is a cool little modification to do. Especially when considering the built in versions cost thousands. Good luck with your install!
Thanks Ross. It was a fun install and they seem very happy with it. Not sure which is more nerve racking, drilling holes in your own RV or someone else’s. 🤣🤣
😂😂😂 Mac you always make me laugh! It’s actually a pretty cool cap. Unfortunately, I have a head that’s shaped like an egg so... I might not be doing it justice. 🤣
I give you my "seal of approval" 😁 Good job Matt. If you're in Florida and in my area where I happen to be working and need some extra cash I'll put you to work! 🤣
Oh man! Now that is a compliment! Especially from an electrical professional. Better not say it too loud or else Paola will decide to make her honey-do-list a little bit longer. 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you bud!
Nice video but from what I saw was your inverter is in the same compartment as your batteries. I think that’s a fire hazard from what I’ve been reading about installs.
Thanks. I’ve not heard that. Will have to look into it. Our Alliance Paradigm has an inverter from the factory installed in the same compartment but maybe they have changed the codes. Appreciate the insight.
Woah buddy, that fork was heading for disaster. You are pretty handy.
the footage looked just fine, don't sweat the camera
Thanks Dave. I’m hoping the good information will overshadow the lack of cinematography. 🤣
@@RCRVadventures I think it will.

So glad you found it helpful! It really is a great install for a few simple outlets.

Thanks friends! This project was pretty fun. I hope it helps give some creativity and ideas to other RV owners.
Great video, picture and sound very clear. This was very informative, showing how you routed wires. Thank you. 👍👍

Great video I plan too do the same thing to my Rv whenever I get one .

Great install video! This is something we need to do. Thanks!! Hope you're well - Michelle & Brian

Excelente video!!! Great Job Matt!!
Thanks buddy! Enjoy your new inverter system!
Thanx for that one. I’m doing the same to my trailer pretty quick here. There were some good pointers there.

You are so good Matt
Thank you! This was a super fun project!
very nice install. Cant agree more, you can measure 1000 times, but when its time to squeeze the trigger on the drill, its always nerve racking.
Thanks Ross. It was a fun install and they seem very happy with it. Not sure which is more nerve racking, drilling holes in your own RV or someone else’s. 🤣🤣
This stuff always confuses me. Thanks for a great detailed video.
Next video has to be on where to buy that skull cap.
Greetings from Perú.

Remember "Electricity goes BOOM! 💥)😉
Anyways I've got my truck camper down here in Bradenton working on trimming out these 4 (800sqft) cottages
Do one on a smaller trailer like a 25 foot , everyone does large trailers
Sure! I get that. Just gotta find someone who will let me tinker on their camper. 😂

Maybe it has to do with battery type. Lithium vs lead acid batteries. I know lead acid batteries give off flammable fumes. I’m not sure about lithium.
