It has been so cool to see you go from being an NP student, transitioning to practice, and becoming more confident in your care. I also graduated in December and started nurse residency for the ER in February. I've been on orientation for about a month and a half now, and although each shift gets better I still struggle with impostor syndrome and being a new nurse in general. In June, I should be done with orientation, but I am petrified that I won't be prepared by then. I was just wondering if you have any advice since you've been through this! Thank you and great video as always 🫶
Congratulations!! My best advice is to take each shift at a time and be a complete sponge. Be open minded and get involved in every learning opportunity. You are never alone, and you will be more and more comfortable with time. You've got this!!
