On 19 Nov 2019 I travelled by train Vyanad express from ERS to TVC trivandrum full newly built coaches. First look impression was excellent but the saying is true Devil is in the details. SS waste bin box with razor edges and unmatched covers in common crossing areas, poor joinery works, foot resters not in same level, seat tray of metal instead of normal UPVC, rough welds of bottle holder. Poor quality control is quite evident which may be corrected to improve public transportation
The general class (Unreserved class) interior was really impressive!!
