The dude parries a minotaur and is convinced it is a cow. He literally thinks he is so weak that he can't just beat a mad cow. We are talking about a character that lived in a farm for more or less his whole life and never encountered a cow before he was around 18. However the hero has a great personality and good attitude, always seeing the bright side and working hard even when everyone says he has no talent at all. A hero is not someone who has all the talents, but one who works hard to fulfill his dreams with what he is given, always willing to help others and ready to put his life on the line if necessary.
If anyone is on the fence with this show. I’d like to share that this story isn’t one where our protagonist (Noor) goes on adventures and becomes an ultimate tank that can defend against any attack, allowing those in his party to deal the actual damage.
I think I’d akin it more to a Shonen battle/Absurdist Comedy. If you like protagonists that never get full of themselves while also being clinically blind to their own strength then this show is for you.

This definitely looks interesting! I just hope it doesn't end up being him merely _parrying_ things, while someone else is forced to actually kill the opponent/monster/whatever. That would get dull real quick, and suck all the 'interesting' out of the anime for me. Hopefully they find unique ways for him to be able to defeat his opponents like that, and actually become a real adventurer. Either way, I'll definitely be checking it out!

As a gamer i don't think the ability to parry anything was really that good. I would rather have the ability to deflect anything as the absolute defense ability

I'd watch every single anime on HiDive and be a subscriber for 20 years if their UI wasn't the worst UI in the entire video industry. Nothing is a bigger pain than using HiDives website. Pure pain.

imagine this, he has basic skills that was borderline useless but he grinded so hard that his throw stone is equivalent of a missle. The elven teacher rejected him not because he is useless, but rather teaching something to him was useless from the start if he can insta kill someone/something with ammo just laying on the ground.
I can't believe this got an anime. I found my dumb fun anime of the season. This was the stupidest light novel I've ever read, and I've read the vending machine isekai.
