Is the dandelion really a trinket? Or is it in its own tier I mean it has no sparkling around it or anything lol I feel like the dandelion is meant to not be a trinket by the devs and the fluffy dandelion is the trinket the dandelions drop..
Have to disagree with the health and safety badge, been using it on my life steal build and its amazing. Can face tank anything and not ever be in danger of dying, the health drain from it is negligible. This trinket is multiple times better than corporate kickback. Stacking life steal is probably going to get nerfed at some point. Also this trinket is one of the easiest ones to get you don't have to fight anything to get it you can run right by the wasps and not aggro them. This is definitely an S tier trinket.
But you can just make a lifesteal build without it that would be also very good and not make you take damage every 2 seconds. Maybe I have to give it a second chance though

@@paraly5er Depends a bit on definition of “better”. I often use it more like: it is better, so it is worth more effort. high value, high price. But you combine the value and the price. This is helpful if you address a player, who wants to go collecting trinkets and needs guidance what to go for first. But once you have collected multiple trinkets, the question might become: now which of these are worth to keep in your inventory? As I am in the second position, that question is more interesting for me. And your video provides valuable criteria, but the final outcome is ‘disturbed’ by a criterion irrelevant for me. But I understand you like to support the first use case: what to go for. Totally fine for me and I very much appreciate your effort.
I don’t get it, why don’t people just use the Health and Safety badge right before combat if you need health? You heal more than you take damage and if you can parry you’ll be back to full in no time??? Obviously you don’t use this all the time, you can use it for some quick heals and you can come out with a lot of HP, especially since enemies in medium difficulty don’t hit that hard. If you think unequipping and equipping it is too much of a hassle, you can just pin the badge in your hotbar and press the arrow key for quick access. Sure you can argue you can just use a bandage or whatever healing item, but compared to other trinkets it’s not *completely* worthless (key word completely because people are going to take this comment out of context and assume i’m saying this is the badge trinket in the game or whatever people like to make up).
Simple answer: you could use any other lifesteal weapon/item and none of them will damage you. So if you need a quick heal just use the tiger mosquito rapier and you don’t have the bleed downside
@@paraly5er oh that is a pretty simple answer lol I guess it being locked behind a hard boss also effects it’s usefulness I genuinely do still think it’s not a completely bad trinket, you can keep the dps of your main weapon without lowering it too much for some good life steal, the rapier weapons feel a bit weak too me. Ultimately though yeah the badge is pretty redundant to use due to bandages and insta-heal crap

there are so many trinkets that i cant decide which one to pick for a boss fight. do i pick one that is good for my weapon or armour (or my build ) or do i pick something that is good against the boss like the suspicious ice cap against the infected broodmother
You are overthinking it a bit.
If you are dying to said bosses, use defensive trinket. If you are living but taking too long, use a DPS trinket.
Fungal charm, shield solid, whittle, and ice cap all seem good for the IBM. Sticky fingers as well at the beginning then swap
Just use thors pendant for everything
whats the most OP build atm, in general?
Hard to say for certain but I think either toenail scimitar or a poison build with the dagger
That's crazy. I've upgraded my needle to spicy so when I use it things turn to roast. That's very helpful for needing food quickly, literally anywhere on the go. But I don't know how that has to connect to the billy hog perk bc i don't have that yet?
Cooked meals give a buff, billy hog trinket doesn't. And since you can use any spicy weapon to get meals on the go at almost any time the billy hog trinket becomes practically useless
@@paraly5er ok I won't bother looking for it but as I farm foods anyway I might still get it and even tho it's not a completion type thing I'm still trying to fill my perk dresser up for the ones you said aren't worth it as well.
Everyone knows the fluffy dandelion tuft is the best.
Nah I use the compliance badge
@@snoktopus5422 billy hog dog bite + gum trinket is the only correct answer of what trinkets to carry
Thor's Pendant begs to differ
7:42 bro who decided these prices
Probably BURG.L, I swear he's evil
can you update the tier lists for best armor and wepons too? Thanks
I will don't worry
so I'm playing my whoa mode world right now and I thought to my self "I should try getting the speed trinket for my speed build " and literally the second aphid I killed I got it and I'm not sure how hard it is to get but I've heard its pretty hard to get
That's really lucky
unarmed build still slaps if you can block everything, you can kill the IBM in a minute or two in whoa with it. def should be higher imo
If my grandma had wheels should would have been a bike. I mentioned it is the best build for Ibm and literally have a video on it. The reality is you can't just go around blocking every attack in existence
Just put together a DoT-Summonerbuild and this might be the most fun Ive had with bows. Yes you heard me. Bows. If you do the whole bards bow and tudor stuff for the fun buffs, add a bit of broodmother and moth armor for poison, venom and bleed and then summon a literal fucking army through moms genes, mant, Wasps from apex and widowlings from the trinket the enemy gets attacked from all sides while withering away under a ton of dots. Tomorrow I will put that up against every Boss to see how viable it is. Not that many bosses care about most dots but maybe the sheer amount will suffice.
Sounds like fun haha, now imagine it with 4 players, MAYHEM
The insulating spike was a last time why did you change it
Just changed my mind. Last time I said it was A because it can't be used everywhere but I put it S this time because it's just so easy to get, has no negatives and is just overall a good item
I think my favourite trinket is the sticky fingers, I just love it when it steals rare resources lol.
Yeah it's a lot of fun
There should be a critical hit trinket from a skeleton, gives roughly 25-50% crit change but decreases stamina regen
Some sort of crit trinket with a drawback could be cool. would have to be like 10% increase though
@@paraly5er Knowing obsidian , its gonna be a +3% lol . They hate crits with a passion
Fluffy tuft is now infinite uses which is goated. You never have to worry about running out of tufts.
True but you have to equip it
Can you make a guide to farm candies?
Use the surveyor scanner to find them. Go and break them. Sleep until they respawn. EZ
i've tried the health and safety badge with a life steal weapon and honestly i dont see a differance. im not sure that they even stack from what i could tell.
LOL, wouldn't surprise me.The only advantage I see is that you can use ANY weapon to lifesteal instead of just the lifesteal weapons
I use the ento badge with berserker and it works out pretty well with lady bug armor ( mid game ofc).
Yeah wouldn't work long term though, you'd get smoked by all bosses
Is the dandelion really a trinket? Or is it in its own tier I mean it has no sparkling around it or anything lol I feel like the dandelion is meant to not be a trinket by the devs and the fluffy dandelion is the trinket the dandelions drop..
They both go in the "trinket" slot so I count them both as such
Ur such an underrated RUclipsr u desever much more
Thanks so much Shark!
For me, it was much easier getting the minty trinket, than the spicy one, and I have been playing for a while and still haven’t found the spicy one
Just RNG, spicy one will be easier for most people
It’s a good day when Paraly5er uploads
It's a good day when TheArmedBandit comments!
i just watched your old trinket tier list and it turns out that youve made updated version of it
Yes sir
U are the best, like always. Shot out from Brasil again Paraly5er!!! Pleaaaase, make an updated weapons and armor tier list!!!!
Thanks! I will make updated versions of all lists don't worry!
Did u notice that wolf spider have a venom attack now?
Yeah they can do venom and poison. Lethal combo
@@paraly5er infected wolf spider is the last boss now
can you make a guide on resurces and how long (real minutes) it take to respawen like candy
Most typically take in game days as far as I know. The stuff in the composter respawns quicker though
Maybe I have to give it a second chance though
the shield solidifier trinket is good for club builds because you cant perfect block with the mutation
True although I'm not a fan of barbarian tbh
The salt trinket is also good when fighting assistant manager.
Yeah if you're lucky enough to get it before you fight it. Usually I beat the ass man before going into the sandbox
@@paraly5er I just do runs in the sandbox, if I do not drop it, after harvesting those 40ish salts, I reload. But I noticed busting mutation is causing the trinket to fall through the floor... so... Especially after nerfing lil fist, easiest way to kill manager (without throwing the clubs) seems to be the antlion sword + salt trinket.
I love the parry heal especially for black widows so I think it goes in A tier but I respect your opinion
Usually I don't get hit by widows so I don't need to heal. If I do it's 1/2 times per fight so I just use a smoothie and I'm good.
I got the everlasting hogstopper on my first hotdog when breaking it randomly
Lucky son of a ....
Just got fancy fledgling randomly aswell 😂
wait so there is only 1% chance to get the inf broodmother trinket from killing the inf broodmother! thats insane!
Yeah but with dissection expert and the stuffed version you can increase the odds, not sure by how much though
25:48 It is a 1% chance, but I believe that somehow the matrix or something is lying. I’m not even joking whenever I say this is the easiest trinket to get I have three of them and I got all of them in the span of a week. I don’t know how but I swear it is somehow for some reason really easy to get. I don’t know if I’m really lucky or something. I don’t believe I am. I already talked about my luck with the gold card for the fire ant and another comment but it’s just very interesting.🍋🍬
This man's thumbnails will never not be funny.
Appreciate it haha
Why must science cones be so annoying to get?
Nice one and good reasoning. But I still doubt that I would factor in the effort to obtain it.
Effort is a big factor. If a trinket is trash but easy to get it is better than a trinket that is trash and hard to get.
And don’t forget mant 8:22
As a person who knows how to say the macuahuitl it hurt me being "mak -a-wittle"
Ento is probably the best trinket if you cheese enemies from somewhere they can't hit you. But Paraly5er don't like cheese so there's that lol
True haha
Can you do mutation tier list pls
He did
I will redo it soon yes
@@paraly5er oh that is a pretty simple answer lol
I guess it being locked behind a hard boss also effects it’s usefulness
I genuinely do still think it’s not a completely bad trinket, you can keep the dps of your main weapon without lowering it too much for some good life steal, the rapier weapons feel a bit weak too me. Ultimately though yeah the badge is pretty redundant to use due to bandages and insta-heal crap
Dude i got the mantis tribket yesterday and the broodmothers!!
Let's go!
I got like 5 broodmother trinkets before 1.2 and I only killed 20
Buy a lottery ticket
Interesting how the larva spike is an upside down larva head.
I never even realised it was upside down haha. Probably just makes the image look better I guess
I disagree with the biomedical badge because it gives you even more healing
The fluffy dandelion tuft is f tear for me never gotten it yet😂
WHAT! You gotta keep trying haha
Another day another trinket.
Damn straight
I managed to lose my sticky fingers and have no idea were it is now
Uh oh, It won't despawn and you can't destroy it so it must be somewhere
@@paraly5er i know, I wish I could scan for it
I got the billy hog trinket on my first playtrough after destroing one billy hog
