Recently I bought some aftermarket stands and seats and returned because any of them had a deal breaker of some sort. Budget aftermarket solutions are worse than you can built from cheap materials like wood and foam. It must be sturdy enough, in one tied piece seat + stand, and in comfortable sitting position. You have to pay at least 900$ for an acceptable entry level seat + stand.

5:39 the new logitech wheel shifters dont have buttons because they are now on the steering wheel and the older logitech wheels didnt. So it quite makes sense there

I'm using the Thrustmaster T300RS GT Wheel with a G27 Shifter + Buttons and a Arduino Mega for my DIY Handbrake (made of a G27 Pedal) + more buttons (no Limit for even more Buttons or axles/joysticks) my seat came from a Opel Omega, full elektric with working seatheater for the wintertime
I like G27not only for buttons on shifter but also for its luxurious look, leather and stainless steel and very good built quality. There is no other steering wheel like that. Mine after 9 years looks like new and smells as new leather.
Hi. I use a Camping Table, Camping stool, and to add some more immersion an old Keyboard which works OK. I'm going to invest ( when I'm old enough) probably one of those overpriced Plastic toys G29 or T300 /T150 to add some amazing realism .
The one you said the soundboks was his computer that soundbox is dope I really wanted one a few years back but they're meant to be like one of the best Bluetooth speakers out there and from what I remember they're really expensive, I'm surprised we didn't see their computer as I'm guessing it's expensive and dope, failing that he works for soundboks and has made a PC case out of the acoustics which is also dope
The bungee cords are "meh", in my opinion the better way to do it is get lockable wheels for your chair off amazon, so when you play you can lock the wheels without any BS and you're going nowhere :)
This makes me feel better about my 110$ walmart theatre seat with 2 pillows for back/butt support and my g920 wheel attached to a printer stand with the middle shelf removed, all sitting in front of a 50 inch sceptre tv that doesn't even have 4k. Much much better.
aight I'ma send mine tonight....duct taped the wheels on my secret lab and bought one of those cheap hippie rugs and set it under the chair...no rolling...
It makes sense to have a nice chair because if you don't have one you're not going to enjoy playing so much. Trust me, I have to study in my bed because the chair I have is from the living room and it's like sitting in a flat piece of wood.

Everyone's setup is so good with 3 pedals and a wheel that turns more than 90 degrees. Mine has 2 creaky pedals and a cheap wheel.
