(on version 43.3) I've found this is much more consistent if you put the second dart monkey and quincy in the middle of the corner and the bridge, rather than right up against the corner. Switch quincy and the boomerang monkey's positions and place the second dart monkey so that it's vertically aligned with quincy. Everything else goes the same, except with the boomerang on the left of quincy instead of the right.
I had a stupid idea. The “ I have no idea what I’m doing “ challenge. Ben and the BMA. The idea is that you use the towers that harms you during chimps, with the BMA making ZOMG’s and such into red bloons, and Ben’s level 7 ability not spawning the insides of Moab’s
I haven't used spike factory on any maps I've completed so far (everything outside of few expert ones). Never thought spikes were that effective. Playing according to the guide did indeed win. Fascinating yet nerve wrecking experience (too used to building impenetrable fortress at any given point). Thank you, good sir. If you are willing to take a request, I'd love to see Gwen synergy (so far my best use of her is shoving Gwen into the entrance with a heli beside for buffs). Also Jones strat on a complex map would be great to see.
you know what i've never thought of using spiked mines and perma in conjunction, might end up doing that now cause they really cover eachothers weaknesses (low lifespan and low damage)
thank you for this, tried a shit ton of times using regular perma spike strats but that tower has been gutted so hard to where its so insanely useless, the fact that the spiked mines is genuinely a better tower in terms of damage output is absurd
perma spike is still a top-tier tier 5 tower nowadays, but you can't rely on it to pop EVERYTHING, spiked mines will usually get more pops than perma spike for a few reasons: you usually get it as your midgame saveup to perma spike so it gains a lot of pops there, and all of the spikes get used every single late game round so it tends to get a few more there. perma spike is still definitely better damage output than spike mines but the fact that it can get more pops is just a testament to how strong nk has made it now
Hey Doreo, would you be down to create a Tower and Hero tier list for chimps mode as a collab video with ennui? I think it would be really interesting and cool to see what yall have to say about the tier 4/5s and how good they are. Ennui said he would be down so now im here to ask you as well
doreo i beat it with quincy near the bridge lol, if anyone else sees this comment and is dying on r12 repeatedly, try placing it near then end. thank you so much! :)
i died on round 76 cerams. spiked mines isnt that good anymore. it still carried me up until r76. i got 3 moar glaives and couldnt afford perma spike till the very end of r98. still managed to win with good ability usage.
i keep leaking to random bloons, especially the end yellows on 13. I'm doing everything like you said and I'm not getting anything. i did get to round 36 but my game decided to crash so i had to restart :(

for some reason I was dying around round 80 so I buffed the boomerang BEFORE getting the tier 5, and that seems to have helped me get through

I see 2 possible reasons:

you are placing them wrong

What is the Josh's constant achievement?
Basically to get perma spike on an expert map in chimps mode
it is basically getting a 0-2-5 spike in a expert chimps game. Don't get any discount on the pspike otherwise the achievement won't count
