Queens Park - Toowoomba Carnival of flowers

This year was the best I have ever seen Queens Park for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers! Flowers were fresh🌱, beautifully designed 😍 and romantic🥰. After everything that 2020 has surprised us all with, it was so peaceful and rejuvenating to be embraced by beauty.
Little fun fact about the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers! The first carnival was in 1949 created by local business owner Essex Tait and the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce. It was a way for the city to live up to it's "Garden City" reputation and increase economic activity following the hardships of WW2. It is always inspiring when there can be beauty created for everyone to enjoy during a difficult time. Even more so when it's gardens to enjoy!
