I hope the condoms came in handy. That restaurant is an offshoot of the Family Planning Association of Thailand. They used to provide free vasectomies 20 to 30 years ago .
I nearly had one there in 2000 but my wife nixed it.
Then she got pregnant . The rest is history.
If you guys come up to Chiang Mai,I'll shout you a beer. Nothing fancy like designer labels, just a Leo or two.
Btw. Those guys aren't the taylors, they're the front office. The sweatshops are in the back alley , Chinese craftsmen working as subbies .

Been going to Thailand for 33 year's now ( 1991) didn't meet my wife until 2006 married her 2007 so 17 years now 2 kids still in love and happy. I did my singel life in Thailand alredy its a verry verry good life to have singel but not alone if you know you know , great video tnx

@@EsquireUnlimited Hey Esquire. I'm Aussie but did some years in Chiang Mai between 1999 and 2004 so have always been interested in your vlogs and travels throughout Asia as I teach English to adult migrants and many come from Vietnam, Thailand, Laos etc.
Great vlog and you as well as Jonny i always tune into. Ive worked and lived in SE Asia for 30 years so can relate to what you are doing. Stay single until you find that special woman and make sure shes not a whisky tango !

Met this really nice German chick last night and she's heading up to Chiang mai. We went for dinner and she sounded me out on joining her for a week. She ticked all the boxes but I've been to Chiang mai before and just don't feel like it atm.
Just mixing it up here in Bangers.
Really enjoyed spending the rest of the night with her. Played some guitar for us both in the morning.
Perhaps the single life is something that chooses you...

I've said it before & I'll say it again, you don't do many videos, but when you do, you do it right, well put together, room was a great price & I personally don't think not having a pool is a big deal, the food was a reasonable price too for Bangkok, like the suits too, very stylish & the lining was impressive, not to mention your name inside.....
Not sure what to make of that place were the woolly mammoth had his nostrils de-haired & a good scrub up 😂 but the lady was very nice looking....
You two make a good combo, keep it up squires the limit!

hello speldid . do you recomend to book flight plus hotel thru bookings and other sites? or just take a plane ticket from europe and when you land just go and look for a hotel? is it possible to just take flight then take a taxi to find a hotel?
I would recommend to book your hotel thru a website like agoda in advance. perhaps just book 1 or 2 nights and if u are not happy u can change. good luck with your travels

Cabbages & Condoms was started by a Thai Politician named Mechai Viravaidya or Mr Condom as he was known. He is now 83 years old and had Thai Father and Scottish Mother. He was educated in Geelong Australia, the original restaurant was in Bangkok and you were given a condom when u paid the bill. His aim was to help the poor families of Thailand with Family Planning.

Devastated by my last separation, much like you, I didn’t know where I was. Having a Cambodian princess as a Facebook buddy, was comforting and turned quickly into a thing. What grief I may be up for- though I don’t expect any - I’m well prepared for anyway.
Kinda wish I had have stayed single. But she is a great reason not to be.

Single life is mostly the answer for many and there is nothing wrong with that, marriage is not for everyone. Live your life the way you want and makes you happy.

You had an experience mate. A BIG experience from what I saw of it. Sometimes experiences change us, change our perspectives, and change our hearts. You had a great time. I saw it! Now that experience is over, and you're having some more, some different, ones. You'll be fine. You seem like a good decent man, with a whole other life in front of you. When you have a successful channel providing income based on a gypsy style life it's fun but unsustainable for family life.
LJ can enjoy mates and fleeting romances for a while yet. But living in hotels like the one he showed is not desirable, it's a bed to get over a hangover.
Their must be something big happening soon. Jonny picked up a suit from the same shop a month ago. Jonny's wedding must be coming up shortly.
The suits are excellent.. I certainly will get my suit from Galaxy next time I'm in Bangkok

Very inspirational vlog for us Expats living the life here in Thailand and Vietnam. Single vs Relationship ? Yeah being in love with someone who deserves it and reciprocates is such a relaxing peaceful feeling. But hard to hold onto for many reasons. I got married in Saigon in 1996 and took wifey back to New York where we had 2 kids and a big loving family. 10 years later we were divorced and I raised the kids myself with the help of my father. 20 years later still single but I have a "sort of" Thai gff. She said the saying in Pattaya is "Love one, F many". Life can be incredibly fun and over the top here but without a real life partner it gets lonely. Getting buff returns from your lifestyle LJ !! Cheers !

if you want to live the single life for a long time maybe its a lot better to be in Thailand and not Vietnam. Viet woman are very wholesome but Thailand can accomodate single men from the many youtube videos ive seen.
