Easter is March 31st in Canada we have all different kinds of Easters some years have snow, maybe rain and some years it's sunny and nice. I remember one Easter it was so warm they had to cancel the egg hunt because all of the chocolates they put outside were melted!
I love this recipe for easter, so colorful. How funny you had some hot weather on an easter for the egg hunt! Wow!
3:50 I used to use a paper towel when greasing my pans and I still do sometimes, but you're right it does start to absorb that oil and heaven forbid I waste a drop lol so what I try to do now is I take one of those little plastic sandwich bags that folds over instead of the ziplock ones (not wasting them lol) and use that to spread the oil. stick my hand right in and oil up the pans

I have a suggestion when u test ur cake to see if it is ready stick the toothpick in the middle of the center and the border of the cake and since the peeps have a white marshmallow and u can see it when u rip it apart use sanding sugar to cover up the white marshmallow part and make sure the sanding sugar is the color of the peep u are using
