I love Jonah, so smart, articulate and sexy. FYI Art, I will be 70 soon, and I grew up and came out during the time of Free Love, and I never married my wonderful late partner of 40 years because we believed in open relationships and not the hetero-normative construct of monogamous marriage. It was the Boomers who tore down the walls of oppression which were holding back LGBTQ people, people of color and women. Credit where credit is due, please.
Good to see that Johah did not just agree with everything that Art said, he was not combative but clear that sometimes he has differnt viewpoints than Art, but what both he and Art are good at is that they can understand that each may have diferent viewpoints. They agree to be different.
Very interesting conversation in such a cozy situation. Was very nice to see Art actually learning about open relationships and it was great to see the back and forth between the two of them. Jonah is a very smart and very compelling speaker, and him being in the music industry makes me like him even more.
Thank you Art for the new series. Thank you for bringing the interviews back in a longer format. The interview was educational because it was so informative and you can learn so much by listening. You have to refresh, renew and keep it moving forward Art. You recognize this.
Jonah is a hottie. He's funny and that moustache is a great aesthetic. I hope he keeps it forever. This is a great space to show him as a nuanced personality.
I am sorry to hear of Jonah's impression of DC. I have lived here for 40 years, and this is the first time I have heard that opinion. The city has lost many of its gay businesses in the past 20 years, but it is still a place where many of us feel free to be ourselves.
I discovered Jonah on instagram and I love listening to him talk about anything, so this video was a godsend. Amazing person, and frankly someone I unapologetically have a huge crush on.
Very great job Art ❤️! It was very cozey and the topics you talked about were very interesting! And Jonah is such a sweet guy ! This new concept will be a hit
@@artiomboy hi my name is Chetan I love your interview with all these gay guys that’s great I am gay too nice to meet you yes many congratulations on your first episode keep up the good work bye 👋
Great conversation Art. I think a part of it for Gen Z that also explains their ideal and lack of experience is also that they came of age in the pandemic. And never got those experiences. And lean into the purist ideals.
Very in depth and interesting to hear about his career change. He was very responsive to your questions, which kept the conversation moving along. I hope that future guests are as interesting and responsive. HIs views about monogamy were interesting. Congratulations on a successful episode 1. 👍👍👍👍👍
The enthusiasm and perspective of these two individuals are endearing, though their experiences might be somewhat limited. In my personal observations, I’ve noticed that people in open or polyamorous relationships may prioritize different aspects of connection compared to those in monogamous relationships. This isn't about one being better than the other or a hetero vs homo sexual construct. It’s just a different way of experiencing intimacy. Monogamous couples often share a deep, singular bond, while those in open relationships may value shared experiences in a broader context. Both approaches can be fulfilling in their own ways. Our ability to form and sustain relationships often reflects our emotional histories, and it's important to recognize that everyone’s journey is different. My concern is more for those who, due to past emotional wounds, struggle to sustain any relationship, leading to loneliness. This, to me, is truly heartbreaking.
❤Jonah's work. One of those few entertainers that you can sense he connects on a wee deeper level with those he performs with and truly loves what he does. Conveys such charisma. Total "woof" beyond the sex. Thanks for this great interview that shows more of the man behind the performer. Great in depth questions! Awesome choice for a first episode. Keep em coming. 😛😁
This is a flex of your strong ability in long format entertainment programming. You always rise to the occasion and excell in every aspect of media and entertainment, in any format, including sketch comedy, improvisational comedy, stand-up comedy, reality themed videos, drama films, documentary films, musical, dance, talk shows, cooking shows... and in any role, from performer, to writer, to interviewer, to reporter, to advocate, to fundraiser, to commentator, to Director, to Producer, to Choreographer... you're very multi talented, a superb actor, and you are able to create and deliver a very wide selection of content. You're giving the audience a continuous variety show. The mega flex is that you are able to 'plug-and-play' as the main character no matter what the format or role happens to be. You're range in media and entertainment is exceptionally wide and dynamic. Your level of talent is definitely capable of achieving large scale success in television, film, and on stage. I think you're overdue for representation by a reputable talent agency. You are star quality material.
This was a very interesting, deeply felt interview with two fascinating men. Art, if I may suggest, the next time you "burn out", why not talk about your life (gay and otherwise) in Ukraine? It's in the news every day, but most Americans know little about daily life there.
Jonah one my newest fav adult actors . My favourite video him on Hamster is the one where he learns to please new clients as the office boy applying a new job .
Sound like your dad may have been a pathological narcissistic. They instil in you it's not okay to be being a human being with flaws, weaknesses who make mistakes.
somehow I've never seen Jonah, before and I'm literally overwhelmed how smart and cute (and sexy, sorry) he is, especially those deep notes of his voice ... and `stache, of course. I'm already following, still my English level is not enough, to understand all of the jokes, I wonder how a person not living in US (but rather where Art used to live before) can learn to understand all those posts and comments in social media. it's like you know all words, do Duolingo effortlessly, and even able to see video content in English and follow, what's going on, but those short texts in Insta, Twitter or Fb, sometimes I literally have no clue what it's all about ... P.S. I'd love to meet Jonah personally some day
I recently met two Ukranian couples who had immigrated to CANADA, and then settled in the province of New Brunswick. I didn't mention what he does for a living as it might have upset them or reflected on country of origin. They were very helpful to an elderly Canadian couple who was moving to assisted living.
Every time he says the word they Im thinking hes talking about a group of people as in plural. Not realizing he is talking about his boyfriend. Im gay and this can be confusing. My brain has to re-program what I learned in English class in school. So I can understand why other people get confussed with the pronouns. Great video, I watched it completely.
Jonah, when I "came out", I really didn't come out to my dad. I was like a heart break to him. He went along with it but never really accepted it. It was more my problem than his. Of course, mom didn't really care. she loved me the same.
Artem has acquired a remarkable English vocabulary even unusual idioms, but he still retains a Russian accent. So for example, he sometimes pronounces “we” as “vee.”

This was such an interesting and inspiring conversation. Jonah is so like me when I was his age (I’m 68 now). You both have insight that should be shared with everyone- both gay and straight! Thanks Art and Jonah! ❤
I love your podcast Jonah I am open gay and suffer depression and am a loner but I love sex and am a sex addict. I have a therapist and wish I continue working on express myself better and find friends. I use to be in porn too and love taking nudes and videos of myself or when I am with others and share it.
I didn’t find a link to Jonah Wheeler’s porn anywhere. Anybody gotta link?! I met my husband at a Marching Band contest here in Texas and our first date together was the Texas State Marching Band Contest… 29 years ago. We are now in a very open relationship for about 27 years of it. He’s 6’ tall and He had a lot of fun. I don’t because I’m 5’1” tall. Not many people like short guys. That’s why I would like to know more about Jonah. Mentally, we are probably on the same page. Physically, we’re on opposite ends of the spectrum. I see what kind of person he is here, but would also like to a fellow musician “go to work!” Thanks, guys!
Art, can I make a small criticism ... '2004, holy moley, I was like six' ... you dwell a bit too much on the age thing. It can come across a little as what they call 'othering', you know.
