Yeah the title was a little click baity. 'Tools I use in my businesses' would have been far more fitting.
Airtable belongs to this list to build user-friendly database, and workflows and build automation and integration on top of your data
Great vid, there’s a handful of tools here that I’ve never considered but will definitely use now
I always feel great when I watch videos like this thinking I'm going to learn something groundbreaking, and then I mostly go, "Oh, I guess I kinda have my stuff together as a business owner." Definitely some great advice here, though.

I use most of these at my agency. Although I'm not on the Notion Wave yet... Asana is good but I would love to give Notion a try. Are you gonna release your notion templates at any point?
Do you collect the payment for all your business through stripe for example When someone pays your bonsai invoice so you process it through stripe

Great video Payton. Just finished my first Webflow site using Mailchimp instead of Mailerlite. I didn't understand how to integrate Mailerlite with Webflow. Can you point me in the right direction?
Hey Troy good to see you here! Mailchimp can integrate straight to Webflow. I’m not sure if mailerlite can. For this we use Zapier as the in-between 👍🏻

Hi, Payton! Thanks for sharing this valuable information. I wonder if Notion is your favorite tool for handling everything, why do you prefer to use Asana for project management? Is this something that Notion can't handle from project management perspective?
I could see us moving everything to notion eventually. For now, my project manager and everyone is already integrated on Asana so it’s just easier
