We thought he had bone cancer..😂😑😝😜It was very scarry...Your parents are the best...when u get home love and Hug them tight...🙏💏✌👏 My grandson ended up ...No Cance... On the Iron issue get him to be like Popeyes who ate spinach. Spinach is high in iron as well as vitamin C. Here is a good smoothie recipe that I have often:
In a blender add spinach (raw or frozen) about 1/2 full
Fill the other half with frozen mangoes and or frozen bananas
Add one or two scoops of vanilla protein powder
Can also add chia seeds and or flax seeds
Than add almond or oat milk to fill
Than blend until smooth

So glad he is feeling better. When my 1 nephew was 8 just dropped from passing out or that is what people thought. Well his heart had stopped so he technically was dead. Thank goodness his Dad was picking up at school. There was a. Corrections officer who had just got her recertification in CPR and the school nurse plus a few other people. Someone got the defibrillator machine the school had. With the cpr and the defibrillator he was crying when the ambulance arrived. He got life flighted to Dartmouth Hospital then flown to Boston also. He has an internal defibrillator. 3 weeks ago he passed out on the bus. He ended back at Dartmouth then to Boston. He got a new defibrillator. He is 15 now and had outgrown his last device.
The reason the school had the defibrillator was a man knew a child who died . He swore he was going to make sure to have a defibrillator in every school in N.H. We are thankful.
