Hi man, one of the buds don't charge, when I put it on the case L and R, just the L show a red light, the R doesn't do anything. I tried cleaning the charging ports the tiny gold spots on the R but don't do anything. Any suggestions?

can you force push the right bud while charging in the case

@@yingNewton I tried that too, idk if the R bud is broken inside, but don't show the red light of charging.

@@Lostiosdelcafe yes its broken in the right side as there's no flow of electric current from case to buds or it might be the case is broken, you can try also test the buds if you have extra case of gt6. If still doesnt work then the bud has problem

Hello Sir Ying! Ask ko lang po hindi sumsunod yung touch controls ng GT6 ko, pag pinipindot ko ng isang beses nag bebeep lang sya pero di na papause yung music or video na pinapanood ko. Same goes with double or triple tap. Game mode no problem po.
