Sleep paralysis is a pretty common thing for me as I'm experiencing it often for past few yrs and now I got used to it.. I sleep alone in my room with lights on but when somehow current cut off it freaks me out tbh.. I also heard mumble noises during that moment for few times but I guess that happens cause of unusual brain activity since our brain is just so mysterious organ
For me it's dark unclear figure coming closer to me.
@@pondfish_ yuhh it will happen if u sleep in dark.. that's why I always sleep with lights on.. u should do that too and try not to get a heart attack from it 😓
@@phenomenalone2013 yeah bro ..i sleep with lights on. Even dim lights are not helping much. My last experience was when i decided to sleep facing the wall. But to my surprise, i felt it pushing me to wake up from behind. I wasn't scared that time because my full view was the wall and nothing else. I asked my family members if they tried to wake me up earlier and the answer was, NO!
I haven't seen much of anything after that because my mind kind of got used to it (I guess).

Yeah its a next step towards an exciting journey if you want, i am talking about the creepy sounds you hear after a sleep paralysis. You can easily astral travel (or lucid dream) when you get a sleep paralysis and even more easier after you hear those sounds which is called hallucination, but you can do it easily if and only if you are brave enough and can calm down yourself in that situation.

I've faced sleep paralysis plenty of times in my life, once I had 3 sleep paralysis in a series and next day I suffered brain stroke.
So, guys be serious about it and check with your doctor if it's occurring very frequent.
Same happened with me 4 times in days .. it feels very shit .. then i sleep by keeping my lights on.... It was so much dangerous feeling.... Really

@@VikasSharma-cu5pb most of the time I had sleep paralysis I use to hear voice of my close ones even though I was living alone.
At times, I’ve experienced sleep paralysis two-three times in one go. For ex. sleep paralysis 5-10 minutes after sleep paralysis. But never experienced any voice. I’ve experienced sleep paralysis so much that I’ve have learned to cop with it. I don’t try to move myself in the sleep or don’t try to come out of it. I just relax my mind and let myself go with that paralysis thing and tell my mind that this is going to end in next 10-20 seconds. After some 20-25 seconds, everything becomes fine.
Same thing happens with me , I also get two - three sleep paralysis in one go . But i have find out a solution to get rid of it everytime it happens. You just need to take some long breaths slowly and after 3-4 long breaths you will come out from it . Don't know if it will work for you but it works for me everytime.
Bro,wake up early morning and eat fruits and vegetables whole day ,try to avoid mobile and tv screen 2hr before sleeping.

I had experienced sleep paralysis few times but it was only one time when i experienced it with sound, it was actually a music which to be honest i dont remember now. At that time i thought that it was a dream but now u cleared me that its what we call sleep paralysis.

Yes I also experienced sleep paralysis when I was a child. Back in village, And literally I wasn't able to breath during that time and was not able to move at all,It was around 2:00 in the night, Next morning I told my mom and my grandmother about this , and they told me that it is some sort of sprit/ghost who do this to almost every person of the village, since I haved moved to city I never experienced it again, But it was quite horrifying.
