Obitoclip I think I know why.Your casual ELO has nothing to do with your League ELO,so in League you have to start from scratch basically while in casual you've already played enough to have a respectable ELO.What I suggest doing is having another good player in your party,I've tried to carry 4 people,it didn't work out well(By "It didn't work out well" I mean 10min surr)
I hate the people who give up instantly as much as I hate the people who don't know when to give up. (For clarification I mean the people who think we can comeback after losing two Phoenixes and the enemy has most of their towers still up.)
Actually, comeback can happen anytime, if you have the right set of gods you can comeback when you will reach level 20, then everything is balanced, the enemy team wins like that because they are ahead at levels, but level 20 is max, I have came back like that on 52:00, no phoenix standing, we just kept defending until we reach level 20 and then we forced our way in at middle lane...without minions...
League play is so painful some times. I've had guys start a surrender vote because they're 0/3 but our team is 10K gold ahead. They don't care, they just want to rage quit. But you should duo q with me. Together, we shall escape the bronze plague!

umm yeah its elo hell. Even the dev says that they are trying too fix the matchmaking. But shouldn't be a prob if u just play well. If u learn jungle u can carry a team
Most3LIT3 That logic only works when you're under Silver. in Diamond it's a whole new call game. People can tell when you try to get into "Carry mode" and shut that shit down asap.

Won a 4 v 5 after losing all pheonixes and the titan was so low that all of them were trying to kill it and they died and we won the game.

Elo doesn't exist in Smite and there is no way to find your score since 3 patches ago. How did you know you had 1800 elo?
i had 2k elo once,got matched wiht bronze 5's all the time,and now i only got 1600
