You did a good job. I would use hologram adhesive over the RIAA print out. It’s clear but gives it a good look. What you did wasn’t bad, I’m just suggesting to see how it would look

The paper is already curved and wavy on the edges and over time, that is only going to get worse. A way to get around that would be to simply glue it 'flat' to the background print below the record. But overall it looks fantastic!*
I believe I printed it on Semi Gloss Paper at Staples. Being that I created it on a 16x20” project, it kept its specs when I sent it in for printing. Hope that helps. 💕

I just made 6 of these and I appreciate the step by step but you left out one important material; the extra glass to mount the record on lol I had to run to Walmart and luckily they had it
I did mention it. 🤭 lol I may not have mentioned it during the list of materials because I discovered I needed it during the process. That’s why I mentioned I took the plexiglass from another frame for it.

Is it possible you can send me the same RIAA logo? The ones I’m finding don’t look as good or they don’t have the reflection like yours do.

It’s wasn’t meant to be EXACT. The intention for it was to be just a gift and a manifestation for a real certified plaque in the future.
On what type of paper did you print the background? What are the file format "specs" to print well without pixelation? Great job!
