    I’m currently separated from my husband due to his infidelity. The marriage is basically over due to him being with the other woman. We have 3 kids and been married for 11 years. We had financial issues but I never cheated, as a Christian I haven’t filed for divorce believing that because this is the choice he made to leave the marriage so as a man knowing he will file. It has been the hardest five months for me but I have to have self respect to know I deserve better. As a Christian it’s hard for me to understand how and why this has happened, not upset with the lord but truly looking for his guidance. The last thing I heard the lord say was be patient, I can’t believe he wants me to be patient and wait for my husband to return when this is not what marriage is about. I know the lord has something for me but like I said as a Christian I feel stuck because I am married and can’t move how my husband. Lord help me to continue to move forward to your will 🙏🏾

      I am going through the same thing and it’s really hard not to move how the other person is moving. It’s hurtful because this is not what marriage is supposed to be and this is not what you signed up for. I’m praying for your strength to continue to wait on the lord, and follow what he telling you to do.

    The one thing you mentioned about getting knowledge from outside, that should be cautioned. If you do decide to get knowledge from outside the faith, most likely it doesn't align with God's Word. Any type of counselling should be firmly based on God's Word, because if not we may end up disobeying God or bring in knowledge that muddles up our understanding or even distract from what His Spirit wants to teach us!!

    What’s the point of being married if your husband is just going to cheat and embarrass you?

    • @crazyvoice12
      @crazyvoice12 Год назад +1

      So are you saying that marriage only makes sense if people are perfect?? When you deal with relationships, there is the risk of the other person hurting or disappointing you. I don't condone infidelity but a person falling shouldn't cancel the whole marriage. Obviously this is if the person who cheated is repentant

    • @ChokmahD
      @ChokmahD Год назад

      You don't have to be perfect to NOT CHEAT on your spouse. CHEATING is a CHOICE! My husband and I are far from perfect but, neither of us has cheated because we were having issues, arguments, or sad or mad feelings towards each other.

      Marriage is God's blessing to humanity to bond. Cheating is a choice. Believers should subject their marriage to God's rule. Let God lead what he created

    Hi Tye and Tribbet, am George's Ocheche watching online from Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪..I have a question when we make vows on our wedding we say for better for worse, then how worse is forgivable and how worse is unforgivable?....speaking of infidelity to be precise please answer. Biblically

      Forgiveness is compulsory, it's for you brother. But reconciliation depends of the other person. I personally recommend you biblically speaking, please listen to the Holy spirit regarding this matter.🙏 God bless you brother.

      In the bible, in Matthew 19 says Moses allowed it(divorce) because of the hardness of YOUR hearts. Adultery doesn't mean instant divorce, God can work on both hearts and restore your marriage depending on your willingness, both parties. So theres no issues that's unforgivable, it's only the willingness of both parties. And if you choose that you want to divorce coz of adultery, it's really up to you. Seek God on what Hes saying for your situation coz at the end of the day, Hes the one you'll answer to. You may tell us as humans that Hod says its ok for you divorce and yet He was telling you otherwise or vice versa. Be very sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit before you take a decision and take your time, dont be in a rush.

      God Hates divorce. Just as they said divorce was given by Moses because of their hardened hearts. Marriage is an illustration of how Christ and the Church are one. Jesus will never divorce the church. It's about humbling yourself. It's a covenant between you, your spouse and God. All things are possible. My husband lived a contrary life, infidelity, abandonment and now newly divorced by him 2 weeks ago after 3 years of separation. But, God! Dry bones! Miracles, Signs and Wonders! Nothing is too hard for God. Trust His Word. God bless you.

    I pray for my "wife" to leave me. I almost hate her.

    • @tametra_lasha
      @tametra_lasha Год назад

      Hate will fester and can get much, much worse...trust me. But, if you examine everything that hardened your heart (your actions-or inaction- and hers) and treat her as if you love her, things could turn around. It may take time, but why stay in a situation unless you plan to make it better? Also, I've found, social media and RUclips can have a more negative impact on adults than we realize and the constant message is to give up. But, God has restored many marriages and he can still do it today!

      Please. I know I dont know all detail but I do know forgiveness is SO needed. To be forgiven, God demands us to forgive. Marriage is honorable and a blessing from God but can be a battlefield especially if we forgive the real enemy of marriage is the devil & our own pride. I hope it gets better for you bro, ask for God's solution
