I have the metal pedal on the right. It boost my amp quite a bit and I like how doomy it sounds.

I got gifted the sdn-9 and i can get good classic rock tones as well as some good john frusciante sounds (60's marshall stack)
prefer the darker setting but treble n tone can be improved with bright toggle

I’m looking at both they sound almost the same to me but the one on the right sounds a bit better

Not bad sounding but very muddy, dark sounding. Guess I'd thrown an EQ pedal with it. Ideal pedals for desert/stoner rock type of stuff. I'd get them to mess around if affordable.
