आज के वीडियो में हम मांडूक्य उपनिषद का पाठ करेंगे। यह प्रमुख उपनिषदों में से एक है और सबसे छोटा उपनिषदों है। इसमें केवल 12 श्लोक है। इतना लघु होते हुए भी यह उपनिषद् बहुत सारे ज्ञान से भरा हुआ है। मांडूक्य उपनिषद के लिए हमारे ज्ञानियों ने कहा है:
“मुमुक्षानन विमुक्तये माण्डूक्य एकमेव अलम”
अर्थात, जो लोग मुक्ति की आकांशा रखते हैं उनके लिए केवल माण्डूक्य उपनिषद का पाठ पर्याप्त है। तो, चलिए मांडूक्य उपनिषद का अध्यन करते हैं और देखते हैं की ये हमें क्या सिखाता है।
In today's video we will recite Mandukya Upanishad. It is one of the major Upanishads and the smallest of the Upanishads. It has only 12 verses. Despite being so short, this Upanishad is filled with a lot of wisdom. For Mandukya Upanishad our wise men have said:
“मुमुक्षानन विमुक्तये माण्डूक्य एकमेव अलम”
That is, for those who aspire for liberation, reading only the Mandukya Upanishad is sufficient. So, let us study Mandukya Upanishad and see what it teaches us.
