We rode all the way up in the mountains on a motorcycle there were no gates and fences we went through a little village up there and the people acted like they had never seen an American before.....they sold us some snacks and the kids were excited to see us but we always had to be carefully being away from Clark since there were so many mountain rebels roaming the areas that didn't like the US military. cheers..... :)
