I don't know about a sweep. Sweep would be every award it was nominated for. It swept that developer awards show that a drunk Troy Baker hosted a little while back (Golden Joysticks where BG3 took home 7 awards). BG3 lost a couple of times to other games during last night at the TGAs (where it won 5 awards). Not to discount its GOTY win. Just that I've already seen BG3 sweep an awards show this year and last night wasn't it to me.

Graphics, gameplay, immersion, lore, setting, voice acting, stability, controls, replayability.
The game doesn't hold your hand. It remains EXTREMELY faithful to it's predecessors and to the D&D rulesets (almost to it's detriment). Baldur's Gate is a BIG thing in the PC gaming world. I remember when Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 came out. Those games were a BIG DEAL. They were also really, REALLY good. People remember how good they were and I personally was shocked at how faithful Baldur's Gate 3 was to them.
It's an overall solid addition to the franchise and stands among the best.

Ive never tried it, and maybe seen 4 youtube shorts about it so I barely understand how it plays but I already know hes going to call it slow, and hes going to say the roll mechanic is stupid.
