Try sweetened condensed milk in your Matcha! It makes it sooo rich & yummy. I do it with more water & less milk. Also often sweeten it with monkfruit if I want to skip the sugar ❤️ Also never comment on things but absolutely love your vlogs and whatever timeline suits you best

Time goes by quicker than we realise and before you know it it's 6 months 🤦🏼♀️ it's good that you've recognised it's not making you feel good but maybe the break was needed anyway regardless of where you are now. Hey Jaz, if you are looking at trying to get pregnant in future I encourage you to see a gynaecologist that get your cycles back on track now. It took me a lot of time and stress to get mine on track so if you can get it under control before starting to try for a baby it will save you some stress!
