His flame pillar is just PH's Punishment of the Damned, his wolf form is just Demo's shred plus fur, and his Bat form is Spirit's Phase Walk but tweaked to be less effective. "Oh, but you can switch between them." Okay. And? Is every killer just going to be 'x but slightly adjusted' from now on? And what are his perks? Seriously, what are they? I saw them once and immediately forgot because they were so lame and lackluster.
This is perfect mori for dracula, if low class vampire they will make him suck the blood of survivor straight from the neck, but dracula is a high class and even king of all vampire, so its fits him
