DIY Weekender Bag - Duffel Bag From Old Jeans

Hello, creative people! In this video I will show you how I made this nice and roomy duffel travel bag from two pairs of old jeans and a bad sheet. Finished size of the bag is 30 cm high, 40 cm wide and 20 cm deep which makes it perfect as carry on luggage. So I hope to use it on my vacation if the pandemic will let me have one :-) This sewing tutorial doesn't need a pattern. All the parts of the bag are measure and cut.

Great tutorial, I loved the results.
I was just wondering why you always place a piece of scrap fabric under the sewing machine foot when you're not using it?

Thank you so much! I'm happy you like the tutorial ☺ My technician many years ago told me that it's better for the machine. This way the foot will stay smooth longer and the teeth will work better. I don't know if it is true but do it all the time ever since 😁
