The eye issue is concerning!! I think the best is this: Try to position monitor on a chair - 5 feet away and lower (or just use your TV). Do 30 minutes CARDIO each day. Greatly increases eye health! Take eye vitamins - cheap, effective. Watch your sitting position. You want elbows LIFTED and hand near to chest. Why this? Because normal ‘computer’ sitting is like arms in permanent zombie poise - this tenses shoulders, which restricts blood flow. Rested elbows reduce neck pain too. Sunglasses a good touch!
No. Thinking somebody else's opponents are weaker than they actually are when watching them play is one of the most common misconceptions. It happens at all levels. Hikaru has even talked about it.

At 13:14 didn't you have knight b5, revealing an attack on the rook on e2 with the light squared bishop and the knight attacks the opponent's rook on d1?
I think you mean Knight on b2 But still After that white can just take the knight and after bishop takes rook, rook takes bishop and white got 2 pieces for the rook which is better for the guy playing with 2 pieces
When Hikaru plays guys that aren't up for it, sometimes there are so many blunders that he is not at all challenged, and then even his play sometimes get sloppy too. (for him, lol)

Ye I think Florida i supposed to have a pretty good housing market compared to most of US thats where I'm hopin to maybe get a house if I get one, also prob alot easier if you're one of the best chess players and a big time streamer lol, and ur a bit older which also helps, every year housing gets more and more ridiculous
he should be challenged to something sports/athletics related to highlight his inadequacies. a grown man with all this sass because of his prowess at a board game yet could be manhandled at will by a 16 yr old.
