If you can time around splash damage and have some good gear, Rabbid Mario is easily the most broken character (Close Range Instakills, Magnet Dance, Vamp and Stone debuffs on enemies) but the only thing keeping him in check is his Bodyguard (nulls all Dash damage, 20% Weapon damage nullified)
