How do you clean out inside the deep clean tool? The smaller tool has a cover that you push a button and it lifts off. I can't get the deep clean tool to do the same. Hair gets caught inside.

How much of the bissell professional spot & stain solution should I add to my portable cleaner?
That was my question. And why didn't they show that in this video? They didn't even show adding any cleaning solution at all; only water.

Hi Deepthi - we recommend using BISSELL portable cleaning formula in this machine. Other chemicals or cleaners could affect the spray of the machine.
I have this machine and it doesnt suck much back up. My couch is soaked. I had to use a hair drier. Could something be clogged? Where do I find the instructions, as i lost mine.

Will sucking other solutions damage anything?
Suctioning other solutions should not damage the machine. Using them in clean water tank could damage the spray of the machine.

Good question, Tyisha - you'll want to check with your upholstery manufacturer for their recommended cleaning method.
Hoses are too short, it needs another 3 feet, other than that it is perfect.
How long you need to let dry stuff ( carpet / materess ) after cleaning it ? Thanks =)
Wait till it drys naturally, it'll take a while.

Unless you are built like a Roman Gladiator how do you get the clear plastic part - where it says 'release' - back onto the tool.? I have struggled with mine for hours - it's impossible.😒😒

Hi Greg - the hose on this cleaner is not removable. To clean the hose, we'd recommend suctioning up a small amount of water from a bowl. This will help to clean the inside of the hose and remove any built up debris .

I filled the tank up with hot faucet water but it comes out cold is that normal ??
Good question! It can be normal for the initial water to spray out to be cold. This happened because there is still water in the spay line from your last cleaning. Once this sprays through you should feel the hot water you placed in the tank.
What's the difference between this machine and the "little green" machine?

@@bissell Not sure, the one that looks exactly like this one but in the color green. I'm just weighing my options before I purchase. (I do car detailing and I prefer the hot water extraction vs cold.)
Can i use this on a urine stained mattress?
The Hose Head clogs up quickly and with the Little Green model there is no way to release the clear plastic to unclog it, that is why I am here!...seems a shame as it works well when not clogged!
Update!!** Take the Nozzle off and get a warm bowl of water, dunk it in up and down to loosen the debris inside and take a Plastic wire tie, the type you get on an electrical appliance cord ect, and it will fit in the gap at the front of the nozzle, push it up and down and side to side to loosen the clogs, slowly but surely it breaks up and can be flushed out or pulled as i did!
Crazy they don't just make the things right
Odd, I've got a "Little Green" model that I picked up at Lowe's yesterday and the head features an easy detach button on it. Guess they fixed it in this particular model.

This thing is worthless! So mad I bought after reading glowing reviews. cold water, low suction, leaves carpet wet and unclean.
