Fun Fact: Human meat has barely any taste, but it is closest to chicken despite being red meat.
How do I know that? Simple! I injured myself a long time ago, and I had a larger piece of skin and meat cut out of my upper left leg in the process (Large being about the size of two fingertips next to each other). And since I would never have the opportunity to try it again (and since I needed to distract myself from the pain), I cooked it and tried it. And I thought it didn't taste bad, but not good enough to be worth the pain and effort.
