Rauris hiking - Hochalmbahn, Schwarzwand, Reißrachkopf - 07/2024 | Pinzgau and Beyond

Hiking above the Raurisertal valley: Gondola ride up to 1753 m starting from Rauris town center, then rising easy gravel roads most of the way to Schwarzwand, 2194 m.
From Schwarzwand continuing the mountain ridge trail and after wonderful views and couple of somewhat trickier spots (secured with rope) reaching Reißrachkopf, 2210 m.
From here, steep but otherwise not too difficult trail down to Hochalmbahn gondola for the return to valley.
