Both the previous Samus combo and moveset tutorials have really helped me take Samus into my Top 5, and I like this video tying it all together for comparison to my games. Very well done, can't wait for next character.
Been a Samus fan ever since the first Smash but only now on smash ultimate I starting learning combos and confirms, your guides are helping me reach a new lv of gameplay, thanks man! Keep it up, especially with the advanced combo guide Btw here are some ideas that other Samus mains like me might be looking for: - How to counter counter-play (Reflectors) - How to work around small and fast characters (Little Mac, Pikachu) - Kill confirms - Best/worse match ups (And even a full guide on every match up if you run out of ideas) - Samus Utility tools (Bomb stalling, Z-Air recovery) Anyway hope this help your channel, Fully charged heart
Hey nick thanks for the feedback! I could try make a vid about getting around small characters and reflectors in one. Maybe a small kill confirm vid that would be no longer than a few minutes. A match up chart/guide is something I have been working on and as for bombs and zair I have two guides if you want to check them out :) ruclips.net/video/bu_3msbG3BA/видео.html ruclips.net/video/IRLtXmg0bn0/видео.html Thanks again for the support :)
Sorry if this question is stupid, but how are you getting this close to ur enemy after the throw? Im trying to get better at smash but i lowkey be feelin stuck on this
There’s no such thing as a dumb question! So as Samus initiates the down throw, double tap forward to buffer a dash. This will then allow you to get closer for the moves to land :)
To be able to complete most of those combos the opponent must be exactly like that: standing still, doing nothing. Most of Samus' hitboxes are weird and make her miss her hits all the time. Most of the combos shown here as easy AF to DI out of, no matter your %. Her hitboxes are so awful that her F-smash animation often show the explosion touching the enemies face and the game doesn't compute it as a hit. Meanwhile any of the swordsmen can slash their blades at random and hit you from the other side of the arena. Samus' only realiable tool is her Charge Shot. If she can save it for the 1~2 milisecond that the enemies commit a mistake and aim/time the shot well, she can punish them hard no matter where they are on the battlefield. Very few character have such a generous option.
I agree cause she has so many multi hits in combos, opponents can DI and SDI out. What I do is if I identify they are falling out, I’ll cut the combo short and look for a reset. And yeah not all characters are made equally but that’s the game we play :)
It doesn’t take too long, I would recommend sitting in the lab for a few minutes a day or even a long sesh and just practice, once it becomes muscle memory it just sticks
@@Wildcard-166 Thanks! I'll keep practicing at it then. Also, thx for the vid. Been playing for a few weeks, and I realized that I get lost if I land a hit/grab but don't know how to follow it up, so analyzing these combos has helped me get my friends off my back so I can stay calm(er).

I’m sorry, this is a good video and some good content, but please don’t lie to your viewers. Most people don’t under stand any of those combos and neither do I. You can’t down throw to up tilt, the opponent can’t get in that hit box at 0%. And I can’t even get the first one. You may be using cheats, or are on another level.
Samus did not make a sandwich with butter and bread after i did these combos, Weirdge

I see you are a Vector U fan as well

@@Wildcard-166 Thank you very much! :)
What did you do at 2:17 I don’t get it😭
Pretty good video! I'm not entirely sure if you could really use UpTilt + UpTilt Twice since the move is a bit slow. Over all good tho
That was just to show that up tilt can be used as a jab lock tool
At 1:14 I can't get nair to make the enemy tumble, is it really precise?
It depends on the character but most characters get sent into tumble around the 10-15% range

What was the launch rate because is sort of messed with the combo timing mine is at 0.5x
Launch rate is whatever the standard is
1:32 that is literally just up-throw where is the butter?
What do you mean?! That combo was so saucy!?!? Nah it was just there for players to know that up throw is a kill option
Honest question, how long does it take to do the movement at 0:00. I feel like I need (and cant get to) that level of movement to do anything.

Alguien sabe porque samus en los últimos dos años a dado tan buenos resultados en general?

Samus ha obtenido buenos resultados recientemente ya que tiene un estado de ventaja muy fuerte y es una de las mejores zonificadoras del juego.
