Well, that was anti climatic. The guy didn't seem to be aware that he was doing anything wrong. He complied immediately, so I didn't see any heated confrontation.
Why are the officer's there. Most the time they are in back they should be in front at least one at all times. To deal with some of these disrespectful people.
Their job is to maintain order in the courtyard. Only secondarily to assist at the horse guard

That guy knew exactly Bravo to that female guard. He just did not like being told. Any still kept one foot over what a prat. Question, how did she know her horse was going to take a Poo because she kind of sat up leaned forward which was awesome of her but I didn't know how they would know.

No. The horse is standing on cobbles which prevent the horses hooves from slipping. That's why streets were always cobbled before motor cars.
It seems to be much calmer around the horses and guards now.
for being in such a prestige place why don't they send someone out to clean up after the horse, that's a lot of poop on the floor.
Why don’t they clean where the horses stand?
Thay should get poop bags and put on the horses bottom. So that thay won't poop in there stables. There not out there for long periods of time about an hour at a time. Thay do clean up the stalls if needed. When there there shift change. Them horses are well taken care of. We watch the videos we don't see what goes on behind the Sean's.
That was a whole lot of nothing.
So where was the "heated confrontation" referred to in the title, or the disrespectful tourists? I only saw a couple of people step into the white box, which actually doesn't appear to have any signage to say that you shouldn't, only to say don't touch the horse (which is only helpful if you can read English!) - the pictogram below it, is more helpful.
Rubbish, a lot of misunderstanding over verbal commands is because of the language barrier. If it is tourists from English speaking nations then yes you can call them disrespectful. This gentleman was in national dress and i would say was from Ecuador or surrounding countries. There was no heated discussion that I saw, just a visitor that probably felt embarrassed at being told to move. You forget a lot of tourists visiting do not understand English. A little tolerance people, The box is beginning to be self policed by many visitors but it will take time

Long day for horses,lots of poop to clean up. Poor guard having to smell it. Maybe he/she is use to it.
They only do one hourly stints.
They should have a way the horse waste can be cleaned up after each horse exchange I know it cost a lot for drainage system too bad it does maybe take up a donation box for that 🤷just saying
