PK, obviously every business model has to make money, its only fair and you cant expect anyone to work for others for free. BA's are not excluded from this either, however it is very hard to differentiate between if they are actually buying for you or just securing a deal to get their commission. Are their any BA's that legitimately work for clients still? do they use the same data available to everyone like Corelogic, HTAG etc...
I came across one agency where good amount of reviews where written by the staff given they had bought properties through the BA but how in the hell is it not a conflict of interest. Unfortunately, I only got to know when I engaged with them and find out
It’s hard to rely on online reviews as a buyers agent can either threaten legal action or offer a client a refund or other incentive in return for deleting a negative review.
Don’t agree with you mate on the number of reviews. It’s like chicken and egg. Without clients how do you get reviews ? Think about your initial days ! Startups !

@@ankitsethi84 unfortunately that’s common. These BA’s have 50 staff so obviously all will have left a glowing review
Thanks PK . Do you recommend investorkit? They asked me 20k to buy a property and 2 months wait list?
Not at all. Main founder is nice guy and in all the marketing but he’s not buying for you.

I actually address this. Zero reviews, high risk.
My initial days were helping family and friends for free. So when I got paying clients, I already had reviews and testimonials.
Ian Reid is a joke
