Nice collection. My collection is pretty big, but not as big as yours. You’re missing a few like 2010 impala and 2014 explorer but great collection. Lots of these are so hard to find nowadays, especially 2013 fusion, escape, 2016 charger and most rare of all the explorers both 2015 and 2016 are rarest. I’ve bought a few missing ones, but some of these are just so hard to find because they are so expensive. I have all of them now expect wreckers and box truck

Those chargers that didn’t have lights are not highway patrol that’s the NY State Patrols job it is as a matter of fact called a slick top which is an ordinary patrol vehicle but instead the light bar on the top is no longer there
My boy you are clearly not from NYC. the hwy patrol usually takes on the job of patrolling highways in NYC I’ve lived in NY 16 years and I’ve only seen a state trooper on the highway 4 times, I see more NYPD highway patrol than state police patrolling highways in the 5 boroughs if you did more research on the state police you’d realize most of them rarely patrol NYC highways and focus more on other parts of the state of New York.
